Hotel semplice in posizione centrale, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Ma di notte è anche piuttosto rumoroso, poiché la musica dei TukTuk si sente forte. La colazione è molto semplice ma buona. La stanza dei gatti è un punto culminante. Niente TV in camera, niente cassaforte e niente armadio. Prezzo/offerta: Molto buono.

Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e molto disponibile, ci aiuta a prenotare un taxi per l'aeroporto e ci aiuta con i bagagli, il prezzo è ragionevole! Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel!

L'hotel è situato in un buon posto, qui è tutto nelle vicinanze. Le persone sono gentili, ma hanno bisogno di più organizzazione. Quando ho lasciato l'hotel ho scoperto di aver comprato una camera con colazione, ma non me lo hanno ricordato.

Simpatico bar per gatti nella hall. Anche il posto veniva pulito ogni giorno.

No lift, my room at 5th floor. Everything was good in the room, except the bed sheet. The bed sheet was mouldy and stain, is really disgusting. And a little smelly when I get in to the room, it smell like no one live for awhile. I told to the customer service but no one respond.

Location of the Hotel is perfect. Few minutes walk to 7/11, the Beach, Bars, Restaurants, Moto Rental you name it. Everything is there. This comes with it being a bit noisy at night though, which if you choose this place you're probably gonna be out partying yourself so it shouldn't matter. The Staff is very friendly and helpful, good English and Chinese spoken. There's also a cat cafe on the ground floor if you're into that. The bathroom curtain was pretty filthy and needed some repairs but other than that the room was fine, clean and comfy bed, nice little balcony. I'd stay here again if I wanted some crazy nights in Patong. If you're a family with kids though then avoid Patong in General, it's just the classic crazy Thai Nightlife with all the shenanigans you can imagine.

Its about the location they have is out standing but the in the name of amenities they fail and the house keeping service in night time carrying luggage the bad manner and rude behave and hiding from the counter so that they dont do any hospitality being nice in check in time is not all they should do only they must put some some effort in services luggage carrying and amenities like iron and stuff

No Lift, had to walk up 5 floors by steep stairs.. no tv, rain shower no pressure.. side tables were dusty.. immediately checked out after seeing the room..

No TV. Light bulk two does not function. And breakfast only two white bread and one fried egg.

lots of ant in the room the room's photo on the website shown king size bed but actually just two mattresses combined together feel like scam no lift in the hotel and our room at the 5th floor so u will need to carry ur luggage and climb the staircase very troublesome

The hotel is nice because of its location, very convenient and very cheap i would definitely stay again.

If you're a solo traveller and even more so a lady, DO NOT stay here. The room is not like how it's advertised. Towels are dirty, toilet seat is also dirty, room is smelly, and the stairs are dark and dodgy. Our room was so close and directly beside another hotel that we saw a man with a bathrobe sitting at his balcony looking directly into our room while smoking. We felt so unsafe and asked for a cancellation and refund 10min after we checked in. Unfortunately the owner was very unapologetic about the matter and refused. Only giving 2/5 for service because the receptionist tried her best within her control to make us stay, but otherwise it would have been a 0. I'll NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
