The hotel is excellent and right by the sea. Unfortunately it rained during my stay but the atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet. However everything seems to come at an extra cost.

Very friendly staff and clientele. Italian restaurant excellent. One of the best breakfasts in Thailand. Spacious 100sq/m room bay suite with very private huge balcony. Only drawback for us was pool area. The pool is huge has panorama views but has no shade and can be slippery at the edge. Two happy hours, perfect. Quiet area, which we like. Not full of instagramers or influencers with big lips. Transport is needed to get to a nearby beach. Hotel can organize it. Mosquitoes are around but repellent spray and electric devices supplied. 一个美妙的假期…anyways如果你爱这里 别告诉太多人哈哈

This is our second stay in this beautiful hotel. Service is top notch and the breakfast is excellent. However, the room probably needs some refurbishment eg the sofa in our suite felt damp and was worn out. As the hotel is located on a cliff, there is no direct access to the beach. The hotel’s location is quite secluded so you probably have to want to just stay in the hotel (and eat there) or rent a car to see the rest of Phuket. It is difficult and expensive to get a taxi or Grab car to go out and/or return.

Room was great, very clean and good views. Went for a massage and was pleased. Service was attentive. Only downside is the location which is a bit far away from other things.

This hotel has a premium location on the top of a peninsula with an amazing view both on sunset and sunrise. The infinity pool make you want to swim without end. The complimentary yoga in the morning also unforgettable. Food in Italian restaurant very refined.

The pros- Upon checking in, I was really impressed with how Como Point Yamu has a melange of modern and contemporary European aesthetics with Thai elements which surprisingly work really work well together. It took approximately 40 mins to get to the airport and 40 mins to get to central Phuket. The hotel is beautifully styled and feels like a luxurious retreat. The room very clean and spacious, and we were able to get a room with a large bath tub (as requested) and even a balcony with a view of the bay. The are a lot of activities to keep you busy during the day- yoga/stretching classes, beach walks, bracelet making classes, towel folding classes, etc which were complimentary. Enjoyed using the gym facilities as well. For breakfast- the selection was plentiful (buffet and a la carte menu) and there were a lot of fresh fruits and juices to choose from. Especially enjoyed the chocolate muffins. Breakfast is at La Sirena which is by the pool, and has a wonderful view of the sea. The Pad Kra Pao from the in-room dining menu one of the favorite things I had during my trip. Some points that can be improved- Staff and hospitality may be inconsistent. The reception staff were very friendly but the communication regarding activities prior to checking in seemed to had not been well coordinated. The massage I had booked had not been confirmed due to a technical/communication error. The Como Shamabala staff were really great and professional. I had a massage in the past at the Como Shambala Spa which was one of the best, but this time the massage therapist did not reach my expectations. Upon informing the staff, the team called for the therapist to provide a session. Regarding a breakfast staff- For the a la carte menu (1 order per person) I was not able to finish the fried rice which I didn’t want it to go to waste so I asked if we could get it to go. After it had been packed up, the staff which handed it to us (pretty sternly) said we were not allowed pack up food. If only the staff had told us that this couldn’t be done, we would have understood. At the Como in Ubud we were able to get the food to go- but policy might be different. Overall- it was a wonderful experience especially for the price, and would definitely stay here again.

I booked COMO Point Yamu for our 10th anniversary, and it was an incredible experience. The room had a stunning view, a private pool, and a thoughtful anniversary setup along with a welcome present. The facilities were excellent, and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and massage. Thank you to the hotel and staff for making this week truly unforgettable!☺️

Excellent service just don’t expect consistency in the level of housekeeping. However very responsive in managing shortcomings. We enjoyed our stay, will likely return.  Happy with the environment and layout.

Online reviews are true: this is a very well maintained and clean resort. Staff are all very well trained, polite, professional, and will go out of their way to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. We requested for mangoes at breakfast and they just kindly obliged! Cut us an entire mango too! Breakfast spread was amazing.

This was one of the hotels I always wanted to stay after hearing good reviews from some of my friends. Firstly I loved the 360 degree ocean view which is truly breathtaking. It is not those beaches that you often see in west side of Phuket. It’s bay view and you can spot few nearby small islands. If you are looking for private time in quiet space with nice scenery, this maybe for you. But if it is first time visiting Phuket and has packed itinerary, perhaps here may not be ideal, as the location is secluded. Though I liked the interior and beautiful architecture of the hotel, hotel room was showing wear and tear especially on the floor tile of the hotel room. Filtered water was offered complimentary and refilled generously every day which was important to us as we consume quite a lot of water daily. Breakfast was not up to the standard for the price tag unfortunately. Especially, if you are staying longer than 2 nights, you will be tired of breakfast as the selection is very limited. As there is no shop or restaurant nearby, you have no choice but to eat the breakfast there. Hope they can widen the spread of breakfast or more changes daily. Taste is average, but few interesting a la crate (pita bread was nice). Staff was overall friendly and will try their best to accommodate your request.

impressive design of the hotel, very modern! Staff are overall very very nice, just 1-2 staff may not. The place is super clean, the room is big. breakfast is very good but need to order with the staff. coffee is delicious too. peaceful environment, did well as a resort!
