La stanza è molto accogliente e arredata di recente, molto pulita e confortevole, mi piace il piccolo patio e anche il personale è gentile e amichevole, l'unica cosa che non ci si aspetta è che qui sia difficile trovare un posto dove mangiare.

“Un posto pulito e tranquillo con cibo delizioso e igienico.”

Non è molto vicino alla zona della Città Vecchia, ma è comunque estremamente accessibile dato che Grab (Uber) è estremamente economico e impiega solo circa 10 minuti. L'hotel è di ispirazione giapponese, quindi le decorazioni delle camere sono davvero belle (e la colazione di ispirazione giapponese è stata piuttosto impressionante). Non ci sono ascensori, ma il personale aiuta a spostare le valigie su e giù, quindi non è stato un problema. Un soggiorno piuttosto piacevole!

Bellissimo hotel, il mio preferito nella città di Phuket.

Mia moglie e io abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno delizioso al The Arch Hotel di Phuket. Il design degli interni in stile giapponese è stato eseguito magnificamente, creando un'atmosfera serena ed elegante in tutta la proprietà. Le camere erano comode e ben arredate e il personale era cordiale e attento, assicurandoci di sentirci i benvenuti durante il nostro soggiorno. Tuttavia, la mancanza di un ascensore è stata uno svantaggio, in particolare per gli ospiti con bagagli pesanti o problemi di mobilità. Nonostante ciò, l'esperienza complessiva è stata piacevole e raccomanderemmo il The Arch Hotel per il suo design unico e la sua calorosa ospitalità.

The place was clean and peaceful, and the location is nice! Overall, my stay was good, but I wouldn’t recommend getting the breakfast package. There were only two options for breakfast, and it was served in a set style that included water and orange juice. Also breakfast is not that great,If you wanted coffee, you had to pay extra! I originally booked breakfast for both my boyfriend and me, but due to some circumstances, I had to travel alone. When I asked if I could exchange my extra breakfast ticket for coffee since I was by myself, they said no. It's a bit disappointing that there was no extra hospitality in this situation. I ended up skipping one set, which was sad.and paid for coffee!

Nice place to stay but unable to charge our hp due to the wall socket no usb port & no 3 pin plug. Wanted to borrow from them a 2 pin adapter but they don’t have 😑

Not recommend. 1. This is the most important part of this negative comment,  this hotel does not have any elevator or escalator. This is not friendly to people who are in needed. 2. Hotel did not fully clean up before passing the room too next customer.  you can see my picture, there are leftover fake eyelashes sticked under the basin. Floor is sticky as well. 3. Parking slots are limited, they are only five off-road parking slots for this hotel. extremely difficult and critical slot, because you have a lot of blindspot and the road is really busy.

Rooms are awesome. Breakfast was just enough. Food was just so so.

Pros: polite and friendly staff speaking English. The interior is in Japanese style and very nice. The room was fantastic for taking photos meanwhile quiet and cozy. I loved the bathroom. The heater worked perfectly, nice lighting, clean and fresh equipment. Good hair dryer and even manual steamer (how thoughtful it is!). Japanese style robes ♥️ Breakfast was fine. Cons: The room was on the 3rd floor. No elevator could be a problem for some categories of guests. The main disappointment was the cleanliness in the main room. Every corner was so dusty that I couldn’t imagine how the hotel was fully booked just a week ago for NY celebration and wasn’t cleaned properly. Not sure whose fault it was, trip.com or the hotel messed up with my initial advance booking for December 31st. Suddenly, two weeks before the date it appeared there was no room available. So I had to negotiate with myself the stay for later dates and find another option for NY celebrating. The platform only suggested a replacement that was way below my expectations, after spending a nice batch of hours to find a perfect accommodation. So I booked the same hotel by myself but for another date just because I liked the location and interior very much.

Great hotel to stay in. Room is clean and good. However they serve the same breakfast set everyday so after second day the breakfast will be boring already.
