L'esperienza di soggiorno è stata fantastica! Il personale era molto cordiale e dettagliato per capire le esigenze dei clienti. Ho soggiornato in questa camera con vasca da bagno all'aperto e l'esperienza mi è davvero piaciuta soprattutto la notte fredda e tranquilla, per non parlare del fatto che puoi letteralmente vedere le stelle nella notte se il cielo è abbastanza chiaro a causa del minore inquinamento luminoso circostante. Goditi le strutture, in particolare la piscina vicino alla spiaggia. Lo consiglio vivamente se sei un tipo di viaggiatore soprattutto per la coppia che cerca tranquillità, relax e prendere il sole/sedersi in piscina/spiaggia con un drink.

Hotel molto carino sul lato nord dell'aeroporto, ci vogliono circa 20 minuti in auto per raggiungere l'aeroporto. È relativamente facile raggiungere le Similan. La camera è pulita e la colazione è una colazione occidentale standard e molto ricca. C'è anche una bella lucertola grande sul prato dell'hotel, che non ha affatto paura delle persone. Il personale della reception parla correntemente l'inglese e ha una pronuncia accurata, facilitando la comunicazione. Tutto il personale è molto gentile, ma l'hotel è un po' isolato, quando esci sul sentiero di notte, è buio e puoi vedere il cielo pieno di stelle. Tutto il resto va bene.

This hotel set the bar really high for us. The grounds and surroundings are stunning, everywhere is very well maintained and looked after. We had a balcony room which we much preferred to a private pool villa because the main pool area is so chilled and had no trouble getting loungers. The bar staff bring round free smoothies and water all day long- really lovely. The room was spacious, modern and had everything we needed. We got to choose what scent was in the room and what pillow type we would like. The little details of this hotel were superb. They provided sandals, sun hat and beach bags in the room. The bathroom utilities were clean and maintained with a very large day bed and bath on the balcony. The whole room is very boutique- simply beautiful. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and very responsive using the messaging app provided by the hotel. Now, I must mention the food. THE BEST hotel restaurant food we’ve had in Thailand and actually abroad. Every meal we had couldn’t be faulted- it was delicious, well thought out, flavoursome and good quality ingredients. Breakfast was also beautiful, everything you could want and need with fresh smoothies, egg station and all the usual pastries/fruit etc. they have a separate menu if you would like more which is reasonable. If you’re looking for a chilled holiday with tranquility in mind, this is your place. There is the small shopping centre down the road and not too far of a taxi ride to phuket but this is definitely more for relaxing. We went on several trips from here so everything is accessible. All in all, you’d be missing out if you don’t book this hotel. We really loved it, and have enquired to return later in the year.

This hotel does not meet service standards of a Le Meridien hotel. Food quality is far below average for a Phuket resort. The staff are friendly and trying hard but severely under trained. We have visited and stayed at over 5 hotels in Phuket and 10 in Thailand over the past three years. This hotel was by a long way the lowest quality, despite being in the higher cost bracket. A few observations: Buffet food is poor with stale breads, limited selection, limited options (even of Thai food), and low quality cuts of meat. Service stations are understaffed, for example I had to find and then wait for a chef to find a lighter to prepare some stir fried vegetables at evening buffet in the ”J's” restaurant. The food would be overpriced if good, at this quality it is highly disappointing. Restaurant staff are undertrained, and do not complete basic jobs e.g. laying cutlery, cleaning away after guests have left the restaurant, checking on drinks refills. Incorrect bills were presented including charging for bottles instead of glasses of wine. On two occasions we noticed food dropped onto the floor remaining there with ants / insects for the whole of our stay over 1 hour and not being cleaned. The pool area has limited seating and hotel patrons wake early to 'reserve' with towels they have kept from the day before. If you wish to sit by the pool I suggest you wake at 7am to reserve your space. The rooms are updated, clean and well maintained. But there is limited hot water which is very variable. The beach is clean, beautiful and the sea is as good as you will find in Phuket. Unfortunately we stayed through the New Year break and the staff did not remove the tables and chairs from the party for nearly a whole day. Maybe excusable, but the plates of food left to rot on the beach for 12+ hours was for sure not acceptable. I'm including a photo of the toaster as an example of the training / management gaps in this property. For three days there was disgusting melted cheese inside the toaster. I pointed out each morning to the staff but they did not take action. Leaving the property was a good example of the gaps here. I asked for a taxi to be booked (it was not offered), and waited for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I checked with concierge to be told that they had ”told someone else”. As with many of the gaps in this property there is no chain of command, and staff are not clear on their roles. Finally and not 100% relevant to this review, but we attended the New Year beach party. It was a very funny farce. The MC/DJ appeared to be extremely drunk throughout the night, it rained for 30 minutes - there was no plan for rain - guests sat under their napkins - the buffet food became wet and sodden. The food itself was very poor indeed. The entertainment was two dancers and a miming cabaret act, plus the fire show that happens on every week in the hotel. For $200USD per head, I would not recommend attending an event at this hotel under any circ

This is a great resort and the kids loved the pool area!Breakfast was wonderful and they have selection of food. It have a good service,fully equipment, many activities for all people to playing, clean.The things is that if you stay in the suite like we did,they have a big private swimming pool and we can get a surprise by that! Overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Amore tutte le attività offerte in questo resort - grande piscina o piscina con diapositiva, conveniente per andare alla spiaggia e anche avere attività di spiaggia complimentare (kayak, stand up paddle board, ecc.). Molte cose da fare in e intorno, non doveva nemmeno lasciare l'hotel. Amore il rifugio della tartaruga e nutrire le tartarughe era divertente da fare. Camere e fogli puliti, grande lavoro fatto con il mantenimento della casa in generale. La colazione era anche grande, così era la cucina e il bistro giù. Un po' fuori dal cammino se visitando Patong/ Phuket Old Town/ Malls, ma non aveva davvero bisogno di una di quelle quando il resort era così autocontenente. Amo il nostro corto raggio e il 100% sarà indietro.

Un po 'di tranquillità. I bungalow sono spaziosi con una grande zona veranda con numerose opzioni di seggiolino. Sono messi in un bel giardino di palma che non è l'unica zona giardino sorprendente che hanno ! La piscina è enorme e sempre pulita. È una grande temperatura e c'è sempre il sole intorno alla piscina e ai letti solari. Ci è una sauna, una stanza a vapore e una sala di massaggio. Il ristorante è sorprendente cucinarmi favoloso cibo vegetariano. Il personale vuole solo piacervi!! Ho usato una bici per la settimana senza alcun costo, così potevo andare a 10 minuti a Soi Dog per fare volontariato.

Out family of 4 spent the holidays in Phuket along with friends (family of 5). Kids ranged from 7-13. We arrived and were able to check into our room early (bonus!). We sent about half of our time exploring Phuket and the other half with low key days around the resort and pool. Here are some notable aspects of the resort that I didn't seem to see looking at reviews before we arrived: 1) The pool is open 9-6p. The pool definitely got crowded by 10 each day but as long as you got chairs by 9, you were good. If chairs were abandoned for more than 45 minutes, they were cleaned up and another guest could use them. Marn and his team offered excellent service and were constantly circling around to top of glasses with ice water and take food or drink orders. 12:30-2:30 ish there were free popsicles for the kids every day which was a fun surprise. 2) The main pool is huge and about 6 ft deep through most of it, once you leave the kids splash area. This is great if you have strong swimmers but be aware if you have younger kids who are not strong swimmers. Also entry in and out of the pool is odd. There are very few sets of stairs so you kind of have to just hop in from the side into the deep. 3) Food onsite is pretty standard hotel food fare, and you can expect to pay accordingly. Siam deli onsite was a great option to grab coffee and a pastry in the morning. There are lots of places to eat local food offsite or to order delivery. You'll find the prices are greatly reduced. We really enjoyed food delivered from Kin Dee Restaurant (their papaya salad was out of this world). Sereh at the Concierge desk was fantastic and helped us place any take out order we needed. We ate at Baan Ar-Jor two nights of our trip and it DID NOT disappoint. 4) Turtle mart is walking distance (less than 10 minutes) and has simple grocery supplies (cereal, granola, chips, fruit, eggs, milk etc). They also have ice cream bars and cups for $1-2 if your kids want a tasty snack. On our first day there we also received a list of food items we could order for delivery to our room. We didn't use but the prices were about the same as what we paid at Turtle Mart. 5) Our room was serviced every day which is an exception given our other MVC property experiences. We had fresh bottles of water each day which was awesome. The rooms themselves were beautiful. I loved the hard wood throughout. 6) The beach offered free activities daily (boogie boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking). The beach itself was pristine. You can walk for miles in either direction. 7) Activities onsite included fire shows, kids outdoor actvities, movies, etc. Everything we participated in was very well done. Around 2/3 each afternoon, freshly popped popcorn was available and it was sweet and delicious. 8) The fitness center was well maintained with hot/cold plunging in each locker room. We used daily. Most mornings around 6/7a it was easy to find a machine. Definitely got busier as the morning

Non ho mai avuto un tale lusso con persone che ti trattano come la royalty e che si può sentire sincerità nel loro servizio. Lo fanno dal cuore per assicurarsi che il tuo soggiorno in Anantara sia curato e assicurarti il miglior tempo mai. Questo è il mio senso. Non riuscivo a trovare nessuno scontro mentre restava qui. Grazie speciali al mio barista, Minnie. Dal giorno 1 era lei quella che organizza il trasporto, il viaggio in barca all'isola, il nostro accordo alimentare, si occupava di tutto. Anche fino all’ultimo giorno di check-out, si accertava che avessimo un posto per riposare, anche se è passato il tempo di check-out ufficiale. Ha anche dato un souvenir il nostro ultimo giorno, che era un bel contatto personale. La stanza era spettacolare, viene con una piscina privata, la spiaggia era molto pulita e blu, la colazione era deliziosa, il bugg è sempre molto amichevole. Il ricevitore Sonny ci ha persino permesso di avere un check-in precoce perché siamo arrivati molto presto. Tutti erano carini. Sono sicuro che questa è la miglior vacanza che abbia mai avuto in tutta la mia vita. Non nemmeno pagato per scrivere questo. Voglio dire sinceramente. ❤️
