Hotel a Phu Quoc Island, An Thoi

La colazione è molto ricca, comprende succhi di frutta appena spremuti e spaghetti di riso appena cucinati. Ci sono diverse piscine e la spiaggia è molto bella! L'insoddisfazione è che l'unità esterna del condizionatore è troppo rumorosa, il che influisce un po' sul sonno. Inoltre, puoi effettuare il check-in solo alle 15:00. Generalmente è possibile effettuare il check-in in hotel alle 2 in punto. C'è un bus navetta gratuito per la stazione della funivia di fronte all'hotel. Quando soggiorni in hotel, consumi tutti e tre i pasti in hotel. Puoi ordinare il pranzo e la cena e il prezzo non è molto costoso.

The room is superb, clean and comfy. It's wonderful that you could enjoy the firework show at the balcony, especially during the rainy days. The welcome drinks tasted good and the staff at the front office are nice. However, the facilities and workshop are limited, compared to other hotels. They have one workshop on every tue and sat. Sadly, we check in on Friday and leave in Sat morning. The weather was way too bad and keep raining cats and dogs on the day we stay with La Festa. Only sauna and gym were available for accessing...of course you can pay for a drink or swim under the rain and storm...and the worst thing is that, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, swimming pool, gym and sauna were all in the opposite building...We got soaked in the rain...

Grazie al personale del desk front for us a precoce check-in, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto più comodo. La nostra figlia non poteva celebrare il suo compleanno il giorno reale a causa degli esami a Hong Kong, ma l'hotel la sorprese gentile con cioccolatini pochi giorni dopo. In particolare, ci piacevano gli strumenti di spiaggia e i kayacchi disponibili per gli ospiti.Grazie speciali al supervisore Trunh e Dung per il loro servizio eccezionale. Molto consiglia questo hotel per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole!

Отличный новый отель, удобные номера, чисто, комфортно. Персонал очень вежливый, всегда готов помочь в любых вопросах. Несколько удален от центра, но для нас это плюс.

Having stayed at Regent prior to the stay here, I would say the main differential would be the warmth in staff service found here, amazing beach with finer sands and clearer water, and the colonial touch to the rooms. Of course the kiss of the sea show also adds to the experience, especially the last 5mins of firework, what a blast indeed. Rarely had the chance to have firework blasting overhead so close up. Last but not least, want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kaori - starting from the very second of me stepping into the hotel compound, she has paid tremendous care to tend to my mom’s and my needs, and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay here. Infinite gratitude to her and she would be the reason why I would want to revisit JW in near future ＜3

Questo hotel è per voi se vi piace una vacanza misurata e tranquilla. Fuori dalla ricchezza e dall'ambiente confortevole, a casa, c'è una cucina e tutto quello che dovete cucinare i vostri piatti preferiti. All'interno di una passeggiata dal mercato e dal supermercato, si può noleggiare una moto. Non lontano sono due belle spiagge. Ospite e molto utile personale. Volevamo rimanere per qualche giorno, ma alla fine decisi di rimanere qui per un mese. La prossima volta che visitate Phu Quoc, ci stiamo pensando di rimanere qui.

1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent” 2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox 3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office 4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then 5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge) 6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

Le strutture sono ancora nuove. Il cibo era delizioso. La piscina era fredda. La posizione era media, ma era ancora facile catturare un Grab per esplorare l'isola. Sunset Town era a circa 15 minuti di auto, e il centro era a 25 –30 minuti di distanza. Ci erano pochi negozi per snack e bevande intorno all'angolo. Il servizio di navetta gratuito alla spiaggia è stato eccellente, grazie al conducente! La pulizia era buona, ma ho ancora trovato alcuni punti che hanno bisogno di pulizia! Il personale del desk front was helpful and spoke good English. Tuttavia, non potevo affittare una moto a causa della stagione di picco vacanza 😓

⭐ Mixed Feelings: A Great Experience... and a bit of a nightmare 😅 Condivido la mia esperienza sincera di rimanere qui – è stata una miscela di momenti sorprendenti e problemi frustranti. ⸻ ✅ Il buono: • La stanza era bella, accogliente e confortevole – I sinceramente non mi sentivo come se andassi! • I aveva una vista perfetta dei fuochi d'artificio notturno, che si sentiva magica. Seriamente, 10/10 per la vibe. • Il personale del desk front was friendly and helpful, making check-in and small requests feel pleasant. • The whole place has huge potential, especially if you’re into photography – estetic corners everywhere! ⸻ ❌ The Not-So-Great: • Purtroppo, alcune strutture sono state mantenute scarsamente – soprattutto nella zona della piscina. È davvero necessario prestare attenzione se vogliono che gli ospiti godano pienamente di essa. • La pulizia era quasi buona, ma non abbastanza in linea con le aspettative. • La pressione dell'acqua nel bagno era molto bassa, e il pavimento si è rimasto inondato a causa di un'effluente bloccato. Molto incomodo. • La caldaia d'acqua non funzionava, che era deludente quando volevo solo un drink caldo dopo un lungo giorno. ⸻ 📝 Pensi finali: Questo posto ha un grande potenziale, ma ha davvero bisogno di aggiornamenti seri per soddisfare le aspettative dei viaggiatori. Dopo un giorno stanco fuori, gli ospiti vogliono comfort, comodità e strutture lisci non piccoli frustrazioni. Se si fa un miglioramento (soprattutto in manutenzione e pulizia), mi riferirei certamente a tornare. C'è qualcosa di speciale su questo posto... solo sperando che possa davvero brillare come merita.

Il [design italiano/locazione di fronte alla spiaggia] l'hotel ha dato un fascino unico. * Camera & Comfort: * Le camere erano pulite/costanti ma piccole, con un comodo letto/bello balcone. Tuttavia, il bagno doveva essere aggiornato/Wi-Fi era debole. **Servizi e servizi: ** La piscina era un'alta attenzione, a volte ben mantenuta/crowded. ** Location: ** Grande punto se si desidera essere vicino al Grand World/Night Market, non lontano dall'aeroporto. * Ultime Pensi: * I’d rate it **7/10 **decent for the price, but I expected more. Best for families looking for a romantic getaway.
