Ho adorato questo hotel. Valeva la pena pagare un extra per la camera fronte spiaggia. Mi sono sentita molto sicura come viaggiatrice da sola. C'era sempre una guardia fuori dalla spiaggia. Era vicino alla città e potevo andare a piedi.

Resort is located in really great area to go to downtown and many restaurants. Also, there is private beach is in front of resort which is so calm and quite. We stayed in beach front room. Even if beach front is a bit more expensive than garden view, I highly recommend you book this room type as to it’s breathtaking view you will have

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. My room was clean and comfortable, although I did notice that the shower lacked a door, which might be worth considering for future improvements. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day, with plenty of choices to enjoy. The hotel's overall ambiance was relaxing, making it a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind.!

All the staff was great especially Nam who’s very helpful and answered all our questions. He even recommended us good food and where to eat. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Aside of that a few walks from your room, you can view beautiful sun set. Buffet breakfast was ok but will be more happy if they could change their menu every 2 days. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Last but not least, there’s a must-try dish when you come to Phu Quoc Island, Bun Quay. It’s a seafood bun (noodles) from Phu Quoc Island. The bonus is you can find a restaurant selling this noodle across the hotel (2min walk). The name of the restaurant is Kien Xay. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly.

Прекрасный отель в отличном и удобном месте. Вокруг много кафе, ресторанов и всяких лавочек. Недалеко супермаркет КинКонг. Территория самого отеля очень зелёная и уютная. Пляж тоже отличный и чистый. Лежаков хватало на всех. Персонал - вообще выше всяких похвал. Чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Завтраки вкусные. Бассейн чистый и приятный. Номер с видом на пляж - это особенный шик😊👍 Но лучше брать с балконом или террасой. В номере тоже всё необходимое есть, уборка на отлично. Ещё раз отдельная благодарность персоналу и менеджменту отеля, вы сделали наш отдых незабываемым и волшебным! 🙏

Отличный отель! Территория супер! Завтраки разнообразные с европейскими и азиатскими блюдами. В самом центре - от супермаркета КингКонг минут 10-15 прогулочным шагом, до ночного рынка в другую сторону также минут 10. Жили в бунгало около моря, оно то действительно стоит! Рекомендую!))

位置: 中部 ✔️酒店斜對面有很多人推薦的🍜AC Noddles （價格便宜，但口味不是很喜歡） ✔️距離🦞Xinchao步行10分鐘左右（吃到了此行最喜歡的皮皮蝦, 蔬菜清盤沾醬料也好吃） ✔️距離🆓🚌步行10分鐘以內 （但是巴士到北部需要1個小時，如果前兩天都是安排的2個樂園，距離比較遠） ✔️到金剛超市打車5分鐘左右 - 娛樂設施： ✔️有室外的泳池和沙灘（提供毛巾），沙灘上還有流動的小商販揹着新鮮的椰子售賣（衹能現金付款） ✔️室內健身房（沒有去，不評價） - 房間： ✔️預訂的豪華園景雙床房，雙床可以拼接到一起，合併後2.4m，2大1小睡舒舒服服。 ✔️房間30平，空間很大，攤開2個行李箱完全不影響進出。 [×]浴室是槽點，基本上屬於開放式，既沒有簾子也沒有大的玻璃隔斷，洗澡比較容易水濺到外面。 - 其它： ✔️前台英語水平不錯，可以無障礙交流。其他人一般般，不過入住2天期間路上碰到的服務員都會主動打招呼，很友善。 ✔️連住2晚可以安排免費的接送機（需要提前聯繫説明航班號、時間、人數…）

很滿意！地理位置絕佳！私家沙灘邊上的獨棟小別墅，開窗見海，出門20米就是沙灘。服務員都很有禮貌，早餐也是豐富的，中西韓日都照顧到了！還有專車接送機場！
