Everything about this hotel is superb. Great beach, lots of sun loungers, enough for everyone. Loved the breakfasts, especially the ice cream and donut station. Big rooms. It was also my husband's birthday, they brought us a cake.

It was a really great experience. Everything is perfectly clean and the breakfast is fabulous! Clean beach and not so many people so towels and places to relax are always available. Great service!

We recently had a wonderful family vacation at the Pullman Hotel in Phu Quoc, and it was a delightful experience! The dinners were equally impressive, with a range of cuisines that satisfied everyone's taste buds. The dining experience was a highlight of our stay! The hotel staff provided good service, always attentive and ready to assist with any requests. Their friendliness made us feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure our family had a memorable stay. While our experience was fantastic, there is a little room for improvement in the hotel conditions. A few areas could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience, but this did not significantly detract from our enjoyment. Overall, I highly recommend the Pullman Hotel for families looking for a relaxing getaway in Phu Quoc. With great food, attentive service, and family-friendly amenities, it’s a wonderful choice for creating lasting memories!

Excellent service, wide and quality breakfast, very clean. Worth for money. Don't understand why the people lower the rate.

It was great to make good memories with my family. We had a week, and the kids loved the pool so much that they swam every day for a whole week. You especially have to try the mango bingsu!! It's the best!!

The hotel interior is amazing, just a little far and isolation location. The check in and check out take quite some time, but overall is good. There are some shuttle bus tours to Duong Dong downtown and Sonata night market, but a little tricky as just a few and overlap schedules. But we love the ride as the driver really accurately punctual, no waiting for the late, that's great.

I reserved 2 hotels at phu quoc, this hotel made our holiday special l.. Every thing was awesome starting with the polite helpful staff, the services that the hotel offers ending with the delicious and wide selection buffet.

Totally, there is no problem. But it is better to more communicate between each staffs.my message didn’t reach to their…..

Nice view . Large swimming pool. Has private beach and offer kayaking, beach volleyball activities. Shuttle bus to night market and airport is very convenient. My husband wasn’t feeling well and hotel quickly arranged a doctor to assist. The bath wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.

Couldn’t recommend a more beautiful place to stay. Staff are super super friendly and welcoming. Big thank you to Hieu, he was a super star for looking after my family. Good & views were excellent. Ambience was great. Couldn’t ask for anything more l.😄😄😄❤️ Thank you one and all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back there soon.

In general hotel was good. But in the room was a bit smell due to humidity

All around experience was great. Just a few minor items that surprised me a little. The staff had great attitudes but lacked some experience when handling situations. Offering a shuttle bus at 18:00 to help get to an ATM at 11:00 in the morning was bizarre to me. The Cabana room was great, except for some minor things that I wouldn't consider to be a 5-star resort. The cover for the comforter had a massive hole for putting on and taking off right in the middle. No zipper or any closing at the end so it was a little uncomfortable while sleeping. Mad Cow restaurant was also just ok for the level of restaurant it is claimed to be. The night market is very close and they provide free shuttles to and from the airport and nearby night market. Still, a great experience at this hotel.
