Приехали в отель вечером поздно,нас не заселились в оплаченный заранее семейный люкс номер.Мы с детьми промучались более 3 часов в холе. Не хотели давать номера,наших номеров не оказалось в наличии.Предлагали переехать в гостиницу ниже классом(((Мы не согласились.Сил ругаться и ждать не было!пришлось заселиться в 2 отдельных ,далеко расположены друг от друга номера.Стоимость этих 2 номеров дешевле,чем номер который мы заказывали.Рвзницу не вернули(
Сам отель хороший ,но эта ситуация перечиркнула все плюсы.
