I migliori hotel con spa a Phoenix

In a world where customer service is important, they exceeded expectations. From the moment I called their 800 number, to the moment I checked in and the bell service concierge. I like the snacks provided for purchase, and the restaurant downstairs, very convenient. The rooms are very clean and the parking is very simple and easy!

This resort is truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the US! The backdrop of Camelback Mountain is beautiful. It has the feel of a boutique hotel, but with all the amenities of a large resort. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard while enjoying the beautiful view while drinking our coffee! The lounge ambiance is so welcoming with the fire and lighting. Enjoyed the drinks and 1/2 price appetizers during happy hour! Will definitely be back.

Non fanno che fare il custodia ogni altra giornata, anche dopo che ho chiesto due volte al giorno di tenere la custodia al servizio frontale e hanno accettato. Ho soggiornato solo per due notti, quindi non ho quello che voglio.

il loro servizio è stato ottimo la posizione era buona la stanza era fantastica ma il loro addetto alla sicurezza ha bisogno di farsi una vita e smettere di fare il suo lavoro per tutta la vita si è letteralmente seduto proprio accanto a me o è rimasto proprio accanto a me finché non ho tirato fuori un Uber da lì per nessun motivo e continuavo a chiedermi ogni minuto non sarebbe Uber, ecco l'Uber, eccolo qui, è ridicolo, quindi fai attenzione a un grasso ragazzo della sicurezza bianco che è un ******

La stanza è buona, cioè l'elettricità ha un buon sapore, e l'elettricità non ha aria condizionata, molto calda, la stanza è una suite, c'è balcone, non c'è acqua nella stanza, non c'è cibo, e il posto di raffreddamento di Hilton è WiFi che deve pagare di più

L'hotel è facile da raggiungere. I miei asciugamani e le mie lana erano fresche e bianche. L'hotel è in buona forma. Molto spazio per camminare o correre. L'unico ritorno a questo hotel è che potrebbe aver avuto il caffè peggiore e il giorno 2 era in realtà inbevande.

La stanza è un po'piccola, la posizione è buona, molto vicina al centro espositivo, specialmente la riunione è molto conveniente.

Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo resort. I miei figli e io abbiamo goduto il parco acquatico sul posto. Le camere erano belle e pulite. Abbiamo pianificato di farlo andare in affitto. Vorrei che il check-in fosse prima delle 6:00 ma diverso che tutto era buono.

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

TA, you need a 1/2-star feature. This was (for me) a 4.5. I'm going to reverse my normal order: cons first. CONS: the TV didn't work correctly. I kept pushing buttons but never could get a channel. I mentioned it to the front desk and they explained that sometimes the mode gets changed and they have to change it back. The upside of this: I didn't really care as I hadn't watched TV in 10 days and didn't miss it. Seems there is some renovation going on, so the place is a bit messy. They did the best they could to contain it, however. Unfortunately, as seems to be common in this area, there are staff members who speak and / or understand little to no English, so communication was a challenge. In the one case here where I wanted to compliment the kitchen staff, there was what I believe was a maintenance man who interpreted for me, much to the joy of the ladies for whom the compliment was meant. PROS: the renovation is coming along nicely! The breakfast was good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (side note: EVERY place we stayed during our 12 nights in the area seemed to have the same mattresses and pillows - no matter which flag - and they were always comfortable enough that we slept well almost every night.), the AC worked perfectly, everything seemed (fairly) clean (it's hard to control GUEST mess), and, most importantly, the staff was fabulous and even funny. Conveniently located, quiet....I would definitely come again.
