Hotel in zona VeGGy's (Cambodia), Phnom Penh

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was also very big. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were amazing. The hotel itself is very pretty and aesthetic. The swimming pool was nice as well although a little bit cold at night. Everything was great and I wished I had booked an extra day at this accommodation

Everything is perfect 🤩 I was staying the night and I had the best sleep ever. With good service and welcoming staffs. I will be there again in the future!!! The pillow is soft the bathroom is nice , the atmosphere is clean and comfortable with city view. I like! I like!

We went to Phnom Penh for business trip and decided to stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. Many restaurants and entertainment activities are available nearby. The only downside of this hotel was that the room is quite small. Everything else is good for me.

Inizialmente dove ci sono stati detto per 2 notti, poi abbiamo dovuto rimanere 2 settimane a causa di un caso positivo sul volo, anche non si è sicuri se fosse il caso il ricevitore dell'hotel ha appena sorriso quando l'ha annunciato. La stanza è sporca, quando si chiedeva di pulire, il pulitore chiese di pagare! Il mat del bagno era vecchio grigio, torni e fogli erano gialli con età, che posso affrontare, ma la sporcizia nera sulle superfici non è accettabile. Infine ho dovuto pulire la stanza da solo. Devi chiedere di pulire i tovaglioli e la carta da bagno. Il nostro primo giorno di colazione era stato dimenticato per 3 pranzi al giorno, e poi il cibo venne in un momento strano prima di ogni volta alla fine: colazione @ 06:30, pranzo @ 11:00, cena @ 16:30. Il pranzo era di scarsa qualità e era solo caldo, probabilmente era consegnato allo stesso tempo del pranzo, come era quasi freddo. La gomma è lasciata fuori da ogni porta e dagli ascensori con gatti che si chiedevano di notte, che si dispersevano intorno. Questa è la peggiore esperienza mai. Non venire a questo hotel!

In generale, una stanza confortevole e di grande valore! La vista dalla stanza era sorprendente, mi piaceva vedere il sole salire o vedere il cielo diventare buio mentre la città si accendeva. Finché non vi sorprendete troppo dalle piccole cazzone che usciranno di notte, ho risolto la questione comprando dei kit ”catch a roach” dal signor DIY al centro commerciale AEON, è stato molto efficace. Lavatrice per autoservizio, microonde e tostapane disponibili al livello 29. Nota che non è permesso indossare il vestito da bagno, è necessario essere coperto in abiti propri e cambiare lì. È necessario un biglietto di accesso separato per entrare. Nota u può cambiare gli ascensori al livello 3A dal centro per raggiungere anche il livello 28/29. C'è un supermercato cinese conveniente al piano terra del centro commerciale, e si può facilmente ottenere molte cose. La fornitura di cibo deve essere raccolta dal piano terra, perché la sicurezza dell'edilizia non permetterà loro di salire, ma non un problema. Ricorda di appendere la targa di custodia fuori dalla porta se vuoi che puliscano la stanza.

La mia esperienza complessiva in questo hotel è fantastica, è vicino a tutto, il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Il cibo è ok, devo elogiare il fatto che la stanza è altamente tecnologica con tende di apertura e chiusura automatiche.

I love this hotel. Located not far from many popular attraction and a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The staff is very friendly and was able to communicate using English. They were very pleasant and always smiling. Also, they were very helpful. The superior room with city view was lovely. It had a full size fridge, a water dispenser, a microwave, hair dryer, table, king size bed, tv, kettle, lots of storage, water heater, full size mirror and a vanity size mirror. The room was very clean. No molds in the bathroom. Towels and sheets were very clean, white and smelled very good. Rooms are cleaned every day which includes changing of sheets and towels. The hotel has enough amenities for a stay in holiday. The pools on the 13th and 39th floor are beautiful. These floors also has a steam room and gym available from 7am to 9pm. The entire place was clean and all workers greeted me with a smile. There is also a reading room, game room and a playground on the 13th floor. If you stay at this hotel for long, you don’t have to worry about dirty laundry as this service is free of cost. If that’s not a good bargain, I don’t know what is! This apart from the fact that my stay was for 5 days and 4 nights and my total was less than US$100 for the entire stay. The views from the rooms are spectacular. You’re able to see the city/ river. When it rains it’s just so beautiful. I was lucky enough to watch a beautiful firework activity taking place during my stay. Overall, I very lovely time spent at this hotel and I definitely would recommend to anyone planning to visit Phnom Penh and I will most definitely stay here again. 10/10 You are required to pay US$15 deposit when you check in and it returned when you check out. Make sure to keep your room key safe or you will have to pay for it.

The staff at the Fairfield Marriott in Phnom Penh are the stars of this hotel! They are sooo... friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and always smiling and genuinely happy to see us. The location is a downside. It is a bit a ways from restaurants and various city attractions. The entrance to the hotel is a bit awkward since it is located on the side of the building instead of facing the street. This made it confusing for the tuk tuk and taxi drivers to know where to pick up or drop us off. The other downside or awkward thing that stands out is the lack of privacy between the bathroom and sleep area. There is a sliding door that you can close and open that separates the bed area from the bathroom. The sink is in the middle of the room and the toilet is off to the side with shower across from it. Its kind of like an open concept room configuration. It was a weird room configuration especially when it came time to usr the toilet. Perfectly fine for a solo traveler but a bit awkward for everyone else considering the lack of privacy. It would have been to have the ability to close off the bathroom to allow a little more privacy. Overall, although there were some quirks with this hotel, we are still glad we stayed there. It was the wonderful staff who were friendly and professional that made our stay so pleasabt and so memorable. We would stay here again because of the great staff.

Moja opinia nie będzie się różnic od tych wszystkich negatywnych, bo te opinie właśnie negatywne są jak najbardziej trafne co do tego pseudo hotelu-melina ! ! Można powiedzieć, że spotkało mnie to samo co wszystko jest zawarte w negatywnych opiniach pod tym obiektem ! ! A najlepszym obrazem tego doświadczenia będzie moja dokumentacja zdjęciowa ”pokoju” który otrzymałam po wcześniejszej rezerwacji przez Agoda nie znając tego obiektu ! Tak samo jak inni spotkałam się z niemiłym i butnym przyjęciem przez panią w recepcji i odniosłam wrażenie, że nie jestem tutaj mile widziana ale moje dolary chętnie przyjmie ! ! Po pierwsze to brak zasięgu w pokojach, brak wifi, brak normalnej obsługi, brudna podarta pościel która woła o wymianę, bo jej lata świetlności były w czasach czerwonych khmerów ! ! ! ! Smród i zaduch w pokoju, brudne i śmierdzące ręczniki, prysznic to katastrofa i można się poparzyć, obskurne drzwi, pełno pajęczyn, ta melina woła o remont i o wymianę całego personelu który nie powinien mieć kontaktu z gościem, bo po kontakcie z takim personelem żaden gość więcej ni wróci ! ! ! ! Ja nie zamierzam ! ! Ten pobyt jednodobowy to moja porażka życiowa ! ! Jak zwykle bywa to w Azji to zdjęcia są piękne jak żurnala, a rzeczywistość ukazuje prawdziwe oblicze tego obiektu i z resztą co tu dużo pisać .......Moje zdjęcia które zrobiłam podczas mojego pobytu powiedzą wam drodzy czytelnicy wszystko i całą prawdę o tym obiekcie..........:(:(:(:( pozdrawiam sonia
