Viaggio spesso nel sud-est asiatico e questo è forse il soggiorno più confortevole da un po' di tempo a questa parte. Ottima posizione, vista sul fiume, personale allegro e disponibile, design del posto, dall'arredamento moderno alla presa USB C per la ricarica, tutto è perfetto. Il bar al piano di sotto è fantastico per intrattenere gli amici e anche il personale è fantastico. Non vedo l'ora di tornare qui.

Ottimo hotel in città, l'ambiente è buono, la vista è straordinaria. La cosa principale che va menzionata è il servizio, estremamente cordiale e professionale. Ci tornerò sicuramente

The hotel was gorgeous!!! Highly recommend to book this for your next trip. The location was right to the Royal palace, by the river. You can take a nice view from riverside room and also on the hotel’s roof top bar. The design is kind of modern quiet luxury. The staff were very attentive from the front door, the cafe, front desk, at the bar, the housekeepers and at the breakfast. You guys were so amazing. The room was spotless, nice design, the bedding was so comfy. The room condition was so brand new. It’s worth staying. Again highly recommend.

Hotel Kvl in Phnom Penh stands out for its prime location, nestled directly beside the Royal Palace and the river, making it a prime spot for tourists looking to explore the city's historical and cultural landmarks. The hotel itself is equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and the breakfast was a highlight, being both delicious and served à la carte, allowing for a personalized dining experience in the morning. However, our experience took a turn when it came to the transfer service from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The cost of over $180 for the transfer felt exorbitant, especially given the condition of the vehicle and the service provided. Being transported in an older car, coupled with a driver who was not only unable to communicate in English but also constantly distracted by multiple ringing mobile phones, significantly detracted from our overall experience. Despite attempts to use Google Translate, communication was futile, and the incessant noise became a source of irritation. Given the high price, our expectations for the transfer service were not met, leading us to conclude that utilizing a service like „Grab“ for a fraction of the cost would be a far better option in the future. On a more positive note, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport was priced at $20, which felt more reasonable and within acceptable limits. Another significant issue was the noise level in our room. Situated on the top floor directly beneath the hotel's rooftop bar, the sound levels late into the night were intolerable. The booming music and lively atmosphere of the bar, while perhaps enjoyable for some, felt more like being in a nightclub than a hotel room. This was particularly unwelcome as we sought to rest and recover from the exhausting transfer earlier in the day. In conclusion, while Hotel Kvl boasts an excellent location and modern amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay, the high cost and poor execution of the transfer service from Sihanoukville, coupled with the disruptive noise from the rooftop bar, marred our experience. Future guests would do well to consider alternative transportation options and inquire about room placement to ensure a more tranquil stay.

There is no chair to work in the room. Location is really great, you can walk along the riverside in the evening. I got issue with front desk and I am not happy with them

the service was amazing and the hotel was new, while the soundproofing of the room was really bad. I could hear cars passing by and music from nearby locations, which kept me awake until 3am. Breakfast is great.
