Phnom Penh, Asia Adventures: hotel nei paraggi

Ho avuto il piacere di stare in questo hotel di recente, e la mia esperienza è stata davvero eccezionale. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale mi ha reso felice e confortevole. Le camere erano pulite, comode e ben mantenute, offrendo tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Chenda, della squadra di servizio clienti, per la sua gentilezza e professionalità, che ha fatto il giro di sopra e di oltre per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo, sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. La sua calda ospitalità e l'attenzione ai dettagli hanno davvero fatto una differenza nella mia esperienza. Raccomando molto questo hotel per chiunque visiti la zona e sono grato per il servizio sorprendente fornito, soprattutto da Chenda.

Camera centro città A circa 11 chilometri dall'aeroporto, ma ci vuole 45 minuti -1 ore per viaggiare. La nuova stanza è pulita. Il letto è buono, dormi bene. Il sistema di carte chiave può solo andare al piano stesso, sicuro.

no good cleaning and only if you ask about it. bad drinking waters in room, no sugar, no spoon. small dozen of conditioner for hairs, soap for body, etc the bottles was fill partly. no normally tv channels only Chinese and staff don't know haw it reset. very strong smell of sigarets in hall, it comes to room, unfortunately but very nice staff on reception!

Spesso viaggiare, i colleghi raccomandano che qui sia buono, buono prezzo, il servizio è anche molto entusiasta, il trasporto è anche conveniente, molto vicino all'azienda, vivere qui la prossima volta .....

Apart from the drainage issues in the bathroom, the stay was mostly uneventful. Service staff was warm and service recovery was prompt.

Imagine tropical oasis meets concrete jungle. The hotel feels like a maze but in a good way. I had one of THE best massages I’ve ever had at the spa and loved ALL of their pools. You’re spoilt for choice. I wish I had more time to spend there.

Buona posizione e hotel molto pulito e tranquillo Colazione è anche conveniente penso che il servizio del personale è molto buono L'hotel è stato comodo e bello penso che sia un buon valore per i soldi

Un po'di un sacchetto misto. Grande posizione a Bassac bar Street Hotel molto pulito e personale bello La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa e bagagli. Il letto era rotto e sgombrato nel mezzo, così il mio partner non poteva dormire facilmente, e la camera da bagno era appena fuoriuscita troppo acqua, quindi dopo ogni doccia dovevi provare a sgombrare l'acqua che ha fatto andare al bagno irritante, Specialmente se non indossate sempre Slippers. Il personale era felice di aiutarla, ma l'esperienza era stata rovinata da un po' più del tutto dal letto.

I think what I like most about here is the gray color or all design around. I’m pretty enjoying the city view from morning and also the evening time when the colors start to change. Phnom Penh even it is my hometown it is still very fascinating to see the growth once eventually in awhile. This is the place to also get my zen energy recharge. Evening meditation and morning stretch in a studio queen bedroom is way just enough space to do it all. The little charming kitchen and a cooler fridge obviously new as well easy to make healthy diet meals prep in just a minute. What I could ask for more would be little just cleaner than this as sometime in the shelf compartment still have dust and small tiny trash from plywood. It is so possible come from the drawer build that wasn’t clean enough after construction. I really enjoy bathroom decor too. Small and convenient. I love the sliding door that makes more space for this kind of tiny studio. Location is best for everything walking distance if anyone would look for city life. It’s a good scenes from independent monument too and the river just a walking distance away toward the ferry is where you can cross to Chroychangva or Areyakat that can give another different lifestyle from the capital center. The pool is ok, looks fine enough to swim somehow there’s not much shade incase to swim during the day it can be really warm. The view is alright as well, as the glass all over is missy not transparent clean it’s hardly see the best view just yet. It possible coming from dust and rain these days of the season. All in all, the value of the price for the room is applicable as the service is pretty limited too and friendly staffs are around in the lobby to support for any thing matter. There’s no phone service operated in the room that can check or request anything. I would definitely recommend to have a list of thing you may require to be supported by the staff and ask them they are very fast and supportive. Cleaning service is happening everyday at 9:30am if there’s no no disturb sign please request for it or they will knock until you don’t respond and walking into the room to clean it. So far this is very safe place to be, you won’t get locked in the room by yourself as cleaner will come everyday if you don’t have a sign up. Lundry machine is really helpful, and small wall reel is also really good enough to dry clothes. I will surely come again to stay here for my next weekend get away in the city of Phnom Penh.

Hotel room is big and clean it really comfortable, with big and nice views swimming pools 👍 specially hotel breakfast very good, the staff very nice and friendly, Hotel internet very fast.
