The hotel is quite good with a reasonable price. I like the hotel design.

Their service & staff is excellent, the location & breakfast is also good but their toilet is quite smelly.

I regret to say that my stay was far from pleasant. The room was overrun with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to relax. The walls were peeling and cracked, and there was hair left behind by previous guests, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and is completely unacceptable. The bathroom had a foul, sewage-like odor that spread into the bedroom, making it unbearable to stay. When I asked for a toothbrush, I was told to go buy one at 7-Eleven, which is not only inconvenient but also careless and unprofessional. The lighting in the room was so dim it was impossible to do any paperwork at night. The air conditioner was the only thing that worked properly, offering some relief in an otherwise dreadful environment. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The only redeeming factor was the location, which was convenient, but with all these issues, this stay was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price.

We booked by Trip.com on the website with King size bed upon check in the staff informed us the room with King size bed was fully booked. I asked receptionist who welcome us to combine bed together she say yes will check with Housekeeping but in the end nothing done. So I just move my bed and join by myself but of cuz not confortable. Lucky we stay only 1 night. I would suggest if you booked on website must call to hotel to check and confirm your request and booking one more time before your check in.

ห้องพักสะดาดตั้งอยู่ในเมืองพิษณุโลก ที่จอดรถกว้าง

ห้องมีกลิ่นอับมากค่ะ แต่แจ้งพนักงานก็มาฉีดสเปรย์ให้ เครื่องนอนเก่ามาก โดยเฉพาะผ้าห่ม อาหารเช้าใช้ได้ค่ะ พนักงานมีความใส่ใจบริการดีมากค่ะ

ที่ตั้งโรงแรมดีมากครับ อยู่ในเมืองเดินทางสะดวก มีร้านอาหารคาเฟ่ใกล้ๆเยอะเลย ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี แต่ที่นี่อาจจะไม่เหมาะกับคนที่แพ้ยุง มียุงในห้องค่อนข้างเยอะเพราะโรงแรมมีอ่างปลาที่ไม่มีปลา ทำให้มียุงวางไข่ ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินคนคุยกันจากด้านนอก

ที่จอดรถกว้าง ร่มรื่น แต่ห้องฝุ่น เข้าไปแสบจมูก ไม้บัวในห้องน้ำผุ มีตัวอะไรเดินไปมา😅 ครีมอาบน้ำขวดเล็กให้น้อยมาก ดีขอเพิ่มได้  พนักงานก็ไม่ค่อยสนใจบริการเท่าไร ตั้งแต่หน้าเคาเตอร์และห้องอาหารว่างเป็นจิ้มโทสับ ก้มหน้าก้มตา

ที่พักสะอาด เดินทางสะดวก หลังจากเหนื่อยจากการทำงานได้พักเต็มที่

ห้องพักสะดากมาก ทำเลดี สะดวก รอบๆ โรงแรมมีร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวอร่อย ไอศกรีม ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีก อาหารเช้าก้อใช้ได้ ถือว่าคุ้มค่า
