Mi sono reso conto di aver dimenticato Qualcosa: personale di sala sempre presente, mi ha fatto piacere rivedere Nino e Debora ma anche quelli che per me erano visi nuovi come Giulia etc… subito ben inseriti e non è scontato. Eccellente anche il servizio di rassetto delle camere! Se posso permettermi un unico suggerimento al manager: i torroncini Marie Angie che avevo assaggiato nel 2019 erano molto più buoni di questi di adesso!

At check-in, we were told that we would have to pay a minimum $35 utility charge. We found that the air conditioner was not turned on and the unit was extremely hot. It took over a day to cool down. We kept the black-out curtains closed to block out the heat which prevented us from enjoying the views. At check-out we were charged $165 for utilities for 6 nights. The resort had no pool and our deck had no shade. The resort is under repair and the hammers, chisels and air hammer drills was banging into our wall during the week.

Sea palace was nice but the location is scary. Thank goodness they had a gated parking lot. If you don’t have a ocean front room your view is maybe a side view of the water. Honestly it looks like a o bed out area with a ant buildings and boarded up places. The timeshare rooms are large and really nice, very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly. The power went out at night twice, something about the power company turns off the power to conserve energy. They also turned off the water one day from 2 to 5 to fix a leak. It was a small inconvenience.the boardwalk they advertise is “cement walk” also many blown out places and everything closes around 6pm. Tons of shopping. The Pink Pearl has very good Chinese food. Oh and they were doing construction!

We loved the location, right on the beach; we loved all the local restaurants and shops within walking distance; we loved the beach with its clean, clear waters; and we loved the reggae vibe throughout this part of Sint Maarten. Very relaxing and accommodating.

Took a chance with our first international booking on RCI and came away very impressed. The resort was clean, rooms were large and had great views. There are chairs and umbrellas set up for you each day on the beach which is right downstairs. Resort is located on boardwalk with restaurants, bars, and shops. Very relaxing and beautiful - would definitely return.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Private beach in front of the building. Property is right on the Boardwalk so plenty of restaurants and shoppes! No 'amenities' on site (other than the beach) but steps away from everything!

Excellent beach front resort. Close to everything, groceries, convenient stores, casinos and many, many boutiques and jewelry stores. Spotless comfortable accommodations. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We will definitely be returning

This place is right on the beach! It is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and shopping, with warm, friendly, and helpful staff, and the rooms are neat, clean, and up-to-date. Watch the boats sail by. It is a wonderful place to stay!

Our stay at Sea Palace was absolutely fantastic! The staff were great, the unit was amazing & Crystal, the bartender at Pink Pearl Restaurant is the absolute best! Close walking distance to many shops & dining! Will definitely be visiting here again soon!!
