Hotel in zona Ton Sai Bay, Isole Phi Phi

We booked our trip a while ago and the reviews seemed great. The closer our trip got the reviews seemed to worsen. But we were unable to change/cancel due to the rate we booked. On arrival we were welcomed by staff and given a cold bottle of water and cold flannel and handed a big list of do’s and don’ts whilst at the hotel. Including leaving your hotel key with reception when leaving the hotel meaning your AC didn’t work whilst out and about. Coming back to an extremely hot uncomfortable room. The hotel is right next to the mosque on the island and the tannoy goes of several times a day to announce prayer including around 5:30am. Very loud. But this can’t be helped, we should have thought about this whilst booking the hotel. Walls are paper thin. We were fortunate enough to between two friends so it was only our noise we could hear but I imagine if this was a stranger it would become annoying, to the point we could hear each others conversations through the walls. We paid for the swim up bungalow villas which apparently are the best rooms available at this hotel. They were filthy (see attached photos) and need of a deep clean and some serious TLC! Also whilst showering there is a terrible foist smell from the drains. And the water pressure is low, again could be down to location. The beds were like sleeping the floor they were that hard, but apparently these are how beds are in Thailand. But the beds have been excellent on the mainland at other stays. Unable to sleep. Little interaction with hotel staff other than check in but whilst writing this review a staff member walked past our room, and spat on the ground! The pool also is in need of some TLC and a full regrout. Be careful where you’re walking as some bits are sharp and appears to be full of grit/sand on the floor. The island itself is stunning but the hotel is lacking for the cost. This is a mid-range budget hotel for the island so would expect a much higher standard. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Hotel vale il prezzo Letto confortevole e spazioso. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal pier ma ci sono alcuni negozi e ristoranti, ma i migliori ristoranti sono intorno alla zona pier, quindi ci siamo camminati ogni volta che volevamo unire un buon cibo. La colazione è ok, non molte opzioni, ma sicuramente la migliore vista che avrete in mattinata.

La squadra era in genere molto buona, quando le avevi bisogno, ma anche fuori dalla tua strada quando ti sei rilassata. Avevamo la suite Deluxe Seaview e la stanza stessa era grande, pulita e pronta a partire. Il bagno, pur essendo utile, aveva uno dei peggiori posti di lavoro che ho visto, non una tradizione, ma avrei potuto fare un meglio di quello del bagno. L’altro elemento che andava in camera era il grande volume di regole che si sostenevano anche nella piscina. Non si può presumere che in passato si siano trovati in qualche modo in difficoltà con gli ospiti, ma hanno notato che Phi Phi piaceva a tutti i posti, il ristorante della spiaggia era immacolato e non era come un pasto sulla sabbia con vista da un secondo a un altro. Camminare breve per tutte le attività sull'isola e dover raccomandare il massaggio sul sito.

La ricezione ci ha accolti caldamente e ha una bella piscina in vista della stanza con il retro del mare. La piazza è a pochi minuti a piedi e l'hotel ha mandato un carro con l'uomo che teneva il nostro dischi. La stanza è stata spaziosa per 3 Pax & è completamente confortevole. La posizione di questo hotel è fantastica e le strade di mercato e le joints di cibo sono tutte a piedi. La colazione diffusa è abbastanza buona per iniziare il vostro giorno con... Rilassati nella piscina o appena attraverso il piatto per fare una visita privata nei Long Tail Boats. Questo è un dovere se si sta soggiornando in questa isola. Vi sorprenderà di vedere i fuochi d'artificio, la musica e la danza alle feste della spiaggia. Questa isola ha alcuni bellissimi ristoranti con deliziosa cucina locale e una vasta piastra per gli amanti del Mar Food. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti e abbiamo avuto un tempo memorabile....La nostra camera ha ordinato una vista pittoresca!! Ci saremo certamente tornati. Solo il miglioramento richiesto dalla gestione dell'hotel è quello di ristrutturare le camere da bagno e gli accessori come questi sono date.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti. Il personale dell'hotel era tutto incredibile e molto utile. Ci hanno raccolti dal pier con i nostri sacchetti e li hanno portati direttamente nella stanza, e lo stesso lasciando l'isola. L'hotel è tutte le cabine di punta di albero individuali. Questo può essere un passeggiata/lunga passeggiata su una collina alla camera a seconda di quale si soggiorna. L'hotel è situato sulla spiaggia con una spiaggia privata che è bella. Puoi camminare attraverso la spiaggia per 3 minuti alla strada principale intorno Phi Phi. 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel a ristoranti/supposti. Prendendo 15 minuti a piedi al pier. O si può ottenere un taxi barca-collo direttamente dalla spiaggia dell'hotel per portarti intorno all'isola o per viaggi di giorno. Il colazione dell'hotel è stato 5/10. Il buffet stile medio. Il bar della piscina non esiste quando eravamo lì e non sembrava aperto da molto tempo. Le camere sono state pulite ogni giorno. Non consiglierei l'hotel per bambini piccoli o persone con mobilità ridotta.

Questo hotel è stato molto bello e conveniente. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno qui. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque venga a Phi Phi. Anche il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Il resort dovrebbe essere considerato il migliore dell'isola di Phi Phi. I servizi e le strutture sono nella media e il panorama è inferiore al previsto. Personalmente, sento che il resort ha lavorato duro per mantenerlo, e l'intera isola di Phi Phi sembra un po' in declino. La protezione ambientale complessiva dell'isola di Phi Phi non è molto buona. C'è un sentiero percorso dai predecessori non lontano dal resort. È possibile camminare attraverso la giungla fino a Tonsai Bay. L'ambiente dietro l'hotel è relativamente sporco e disordinato. rispetto al Racha Hotel sull'Isola dell'Imperatore Differenza evidente. Camminare verso la baia di Tongsai metterà alla prova sia la forza fisica che l'esperienza all'aria aperta. Ci sono tre piattaforme panoramiche lungo il percorso, ci sono segnali stradali lungo tutto il percorso e lo scenario non è male. Tonsai Bay è un disastro, ci sono molti turisti e l'odore di fogna è pessimo. Sono felice di vivere a Sai. È abbastanza comodo prendere una barca a coda lunga dal molo di Tonsai all'hotel. L'acqua del mare nel resort è più bella in una giornata soleggiata, ma molto meno in una giornata nuvolosa. La spiaggia ha uno scenario diverso di notte.

5☆☆☆☆☆ più Le migliori cabine d'albergo in Thailandia. Il personale è molto cordiale, il cibo è di prima classe. Pensavo di essere in paradiso. £75 a notte. Non preoccuparti degli incidenti, ottieni facilmente il tuo trasporto personale e loro aspettano con un sorriso. Punto phi phi degli squali 👉 ☆☆☆☆☆plus.

You can’t find a more spectacular location to stay. Our bungalow was number 505 and was on the beach front literally a stones throw to the water edge. The sand is white and water clear just as you see in the photos. Things to bear in mind. Cleanliness was not as good as expected. Under and around our bungalow there were things left behind by previous guests a lot of rubbish, slippers, towels which had been forgotten. The bathroom and shower was outdated and felt old and we didn’t dare use the outside shower as that whole area looked dirty and stained from the wildlife. I had to ask the cleaner one day for a cloth to clean the table outside on the balcony as it was stained from beverages used by guests before us. The breakfast area really was quite gross. I didn’t feel like i was eating in a clean atmosphere. Really basic things like the table cloth on the breakfast bar were stained and tatty. The bar being quite open to the outside had stains from the fauna which seemed to flow in and out at their leisure. Staff were attentive however you never saw anyone cleaning when they weren’t doing anything. Its a pity as it would make the atmosphere much more pleasant. We did encounter some problems with the verandah door not opening and it was resolved immediately. The hotel took full charge of collecting us from our previous hotel in phuket taking us to the ferry port and the boat trip to the island for 1500 baht per person also the trip from the resort by boat to the next hotel in Krabi also for 1700 baht per person. This service is a real benefit because otherwise you have to take several boats and taxis and avoid all the hassle! Also another thing which was fabulous and my highlight of my entire trip to Thailand was the private long boat tour to ko phi phi leh. Not for the visit to Maya beach (however it was included) but for the swimming in the lagoon and snorkeling experience. That was worth every baht! You pay for the boat up to 4 ppl and its 2080 baht for 4 hours. Highly recommended!
