The hospitality was really bad. Overall quality of room ******. There were alot of bugs in the room. Even cockroaches in the bathroom. There are cheaper and better options in the city centre. Which we moved to after an encounter with the host.

Good location to the main part of phi phi Clean, basic but all you really need for a night or 2. Friendly welcome as well and helpful with our transfers to Krabi on departure. Would definitely stay here again if I was in phi phi and it felt safe to walk too.

Not a nice stay experience, owner not nice, rude, want a deposit on the key 1000 baht, no soap or shampoo not provided, even though it is written that there is in the order, very far from the pier, not worth it.

Few days ago we arrived and didnt have a reservation. The host had only one room without balcony. We took it, but didnt expect it to be so bad! Air condition did not had a remote, so if we want to turn it off - we will stay in a dark :( no fridge in a room as well. The bathroom is like 1 m3, so then you shower (no curtnains) the water will go all over the place. We openned a drawer and so many little beetless showed up! We cleaned it a bit and hopped that after a walk the lady will clean it, but it wasnt done. We couldnt stay longer and checked out. The host offered to stay at least for a night, but we couldnt stay longer in such a place. And we were charged for a whole night, but we only showered once! We read so many good reviews about this place and were so upset to find it so unpleasant. With an extra 5 Eur per day in another hotel we got a clean room with a view and balcony, and a pool, so definitely not worth to stay in Kittys guesthouse.

we had an absolutely incredible stay here. The hostel is a short walk from the town which makes it feel more local and away from all the tourists. The room was clean and huge and Tip always greeted us with a smile and was happy to help. Really appreciated the free drinking water!! Extended our stay from 5 to 7 days because we loved Phi Phi so much.

J'ai séjourné chez Kitty Guest house pour 2 nuits à Phi Phi Island. La gérante nous a chaleuresement accueilli et a toujours été disponible pour nous donner des recommandations et des bons plans. Situé dans les hauteurs de l'île, la guest house est magnifique, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Pour la chambre, elle était impeccable et très propre. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Je recommande cette guest house à 100%
