Amazing experience from the time I step into the lobby, reception and to the hotel room. Greetings from the lobby staff and reception staff was very accommodating to my request during check in. Without any hesitation, she escort me to the lift lobby when I asked for the directions. Breakfast was good, spoilt for choice. Huge swimming pool shared between the 2 hotels. Feeling lucky at the ****** but minimum bet at the table is high. Overall, a very nice stay here. Will be back again soon.

This is the place when you want to relax, enjoy the beach, the pools and amazing restaurants. The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram golf course is just 5 minutes away and offers fantastic, one of the best in Asia, 18 holes round of links course. If you a golf addict, that's perfect for you.

Good trip. Nice and fancy hotel

Nothing but good things to say about Grand Ho Tram. It’s a little inconvenient as there aren’t many nearby food options etc. but everything you need is located within the hotel compound! Food was amazing, service was incredible and cleanliness was top notch.

Great place to relax. The ****** is located right at the hotel. Many activities available too, can do bowling, arcade, swimming and ********. Weather was also good.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The highlights were the breakfast buffet and the swimming facilities. The private beach was one of cleanest in Vietnam too.

I have stayed at both hotels in this system in Ho Tram, Holliday Inn and Intercont, so I can see a distinctly different experience. Although it was born a long time ago, the truth is that I am very surprised about the room here since it belongs to the Intercont brand (formerly MGM). everything is great, I like the shampoo, conditioner or shower gel products in each room are used medicinal herbs (with famous origin brands) so the smell is very relaxing, soothing the senses . spacious room. Except for one small minus point, I don't understand why when I looked on Trip it was a Deluxe room with Ocean View, but when I checked in, they arranged me a Deluxe room with garden view. There was a slight problem when I brought the booking from Trip and waited for them to find information for a long time. Everything else is very good. The staff member named Dat did the procedures for me very enthusiastically.
