"La stanza era pulita. Ma la ricezione ha preso i nostri passaporti e si è tenuta con l'hotel fino a che non ci siamo verificati. Forse è la politica dell'hotel, ma il passaporto è come una carta d'identità per i viaggiatori stranieri. Penso che dovremmo essere in grado di tenerlo con noi tutti il tempo.
Anche il wifi era cattivo forse la mia camera era fuori campo . Quindi per favore evitare le camere sul terzo piano"

"Nel agosto 2022, la maggior parte dei negozi sono stati chiusi a causa dell'influenza della corona durante la stagione esterna, il muine è stato tranquillo in generale, e i ristoranti e negozi sono stati chiusi, quindi era come un villaggio fantasma. Se si muove un po', c'è un negozio che apre occasionalmente la porta.
Il personale che lavora la notte alla ricezione del resort mostra gentilezza sociale, ma non sono molto sinceri.
La piscina è bella. L'altezza è diversa. C'è una piscina tra 0.7-1.5m e la piscina è lunga, quindi è così buono nuotare.
La pulizia è la peggiore. Posso vedere il mouse sbattere sulla finestra. Il mouse vive duro. Quando abbiamo aperto la porta, due ghiacci ci hanno accolti. Dopo di che ho visto un sacco di ghiacci mentre viaggiavo, ma sembra che ci siano solo un sacco in Vietnam. Ma ... Scioccante. Le cazzo di cazzo vengono fuori. Le strutture sono vecchie ma ben mantenute."

"Плюсы: У данного отеля хорошее расположение, в центре курортной зоны, рядом много кафешек, магазинов, массажных салонов. Хороший благоустроенный пляж: много лежаков под зонтами. Пляж охраняется, постоянно убирается. У пляжа широкая прибрежная полоса, море с волнами, впрочем почти как и везде в этом районе. Есть душевые, что очень удобно. Территория отеля утопает в зелени; обслуга постоянно что-то делает: поливает, сажает, убирает. Номер у нас был после реновации, чистый , большая терраса. В номере есть все необходимое. Полотенце меняют каждый день и номерные и пляжные. Бассейн есть на территории, не плохой. Около бассейна так же много лежаков с матрасами. Минусы: самый большой - это множество крыс на территории, особенно у здания так называемого «ресторана». 😱Я была в шоке, когда на ступенях в ресторан их сидело, аж целых 5 штук !!! Аппетит сразу пропал. Ресторан тоже давно просит реновации!!! Здание обветшалое, крыша и подшивка- того и гляди рухнет на голову!!! Скатерти на зонах с готовыми блюдами выцвели от времени и превратились в тряпки. У нас был завтрак -выбор еды очень скуден и однообразен: кофе и чай всегда холодный, каждый день один бекон и порезанные дешевые сосиски. Еще когда на выходные приезжают на отдых вьетнамцы, что-то в меню может добавиться. А так нет. В номерах постельное белье старое. Одеяло, вместо пододеяльника, закручивают в простыни - мы такое первый раз в своей жизни увидели. И когда спишь, не понимаешь, чем ты укрываешься😂. Розеток в номере не хватает. Нет розетки и в ванной комнате для фена. Фен это тоже отдельная история-он игрушечный. И еще при выезде фотографируйте содержимое бара и сверяйте с прайсом. А то если не выпили, все равно могут предъявить, типо чего-то не хватает и будут просить оплатить. Очень конечно не красиво и мелочно со стороны отеля! Итог: данный отель не рекомендую. В округе есть более достойные отели по качеству сервиса и по цене гораздо дешевле."

"L'hotel è online sulla costa del villaggio di Meiji. C'è una piscina nel cortile. I bambini amano giocare con l'acqua qui. Alla piscina è la spiaggia. UUtente ospiteAbbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza nel Bamboo Village Resort. L'intera esperienza era rilassante e ricompensabile. Il cibo era delizioso, come le bevande. La posizione era tranquilla e bella. E il personale era amichevole e utile.

UUtente ospiteRecentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una grande esperienza in tutto. La proprietà è bella, con un ambiente verde lussuoso che crea un'atmosfera rilassante. Il minibar gratuito è un bel toccamento, la spiaggia è ben mantenuta con sabbia morbida e acqua chiara. Un altro aspetto unico è il deserto vicino con dune di sabbia gialla e bianca, offrendo splendide viste.
Tuttavia, un punto di svolta è il numero limitato di camere da sole, e anche durante la stagione estiva è stato difficile trovare una gratis, che potrebbe essere scomodo per gli ospiti che cercano di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia o dalla piscina.
Nonostante questa piccola questione, consiglio ancora l'hotel per le sue eccellenti strutture e la sua pittoresca posizione.

UUtente ospiteDecided to choose Allezboo Beach Resort & Spa for our stay based on some recommendations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and service was impeccable. During out stay, we had to leave the resort really early for a day tour and mentioned that we might not be able to make it back for breakfast. The receptionist readily offered to prepare and pack us a breakfast box to go which we really appreciated. The rooms were big and spacious, and facilities such as the swimming pool, walkways and gardens were clearly well maintained, making it a very enjoyable experience. There were some wear-and-tear noted in the bathtub and metal structures around the room (door handles, chairs, cabinets etc), possibly as the accommodation was right by the sea. Good sea view and the beach was very easily accessible from the resort. However, there was nothing else much to do nearby (apart from chilling by the beach) and we had to take a Grab out for food. Overall still a quiet and relaxing experience!

UUtente ospiteBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

WWinky NguyenI had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around.
The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

UUtente ospiteOur stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday.
One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable.
The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND.
The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials.
APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. We would highly recommend it!

Il nostro ultimo giorno ho prenotato e cinque bugs sono passati e ho dovuto battere la bandiera il prossimo. Il colazione è un completo disastro e non la più grande varietà. Quando siamo arrivati, andate al ristorante italiano e hanno un buon menu di cocktail, ma il server ha detto che non li fanno in quel ristorante. Ho chiesto perché hanno un menu completo di opzioni e lei ha detto che non lo sapeva. Non c'è nessun accesso vicino alla spiaggia, ma la piscina principale è ok, ma può essere un po' piena. In generale l'aspetto è cinque stelle, ma al meglio 3 sarebbe giusto. Non molto per le coppie di sera, siamo andati al ristorante Matador in strada e è stato sorprendente. Da la prospettiva del costo per l'esperienza, non ripresero' a questo hotel.

JJohnny197480% of the guests are Russian couples on a package tour. The guy at the reception demanded my passport ”as deposit” - the practice, I never met with anywhere before! He was insisting on that demand being a normal practice and showed me stocks of Russian passports. Finally gave him VND 500000 deposit instead (returned at check-out). The room was spacious, but bathroom very small. Bad smell inside. AC worked ok. The water pressure was low, the hot water below body's temperature. The plumber came and through google translation said it was ”because of high consumption”. But the pressure and temperature never became normal throughout my stay, even late at night. The plumber was reluctant to go for some 5 minutes more after this verdict as if he expected tips for his service! Breakfast (included) was good. For lunch and dinner the best quality per price was the restaurant in front of this hotel across the road; many other eateries nearby were much worse. The beach is just OK for Muine, as there you can not swim due to the waves. Overall hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid.

MM.RomanchikБольшой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.
