Ho soggiornato solo una notte.
L'Hotel di per se non è male. Ha i suoi anni. Sono arrivato tardi ma il personale gentile mi ha fatto fare comunque il check-in dopo le 23:00 passando dal ristorante.
Peccato solo che la camera anche se al secondo piano, fosse esattamente all'altezza della strada, cioè fronte strada. Le finestra anche se a doppio strato non isolava bene il rumore, motivo per cui non ho dormito molto bene.
Peccato. Diciamo che per il prezzo che ho pagato, in Austria c'è di meglio, molto meglio.
La colazione era compresa ed era ok.

Wir haben das Hotel Kreuz für 4 Tage für unseren Skiurlaub gebucht. Direkt am ersten Tag sind wir sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Leider hat etwas mit unserer Reservierung zunächst nicht gestimmt und man hat uns trotz bezahlter HP nur Frühstück geben wollen. Der Fehler wurde aber gleich gefunden und am Abend stand alles für die HP bereit. Auch der Skiraum im Hotel wurde uns direkt gezeigt. ***Zimmer*** Das Zimmer (kleiner Prinz) hat alles was man braucht. Das Bad war neu renoviert. Nur das Zimmer ist in einem etwas älteren Stil. Bis auf wenige kleinere Ecken war zudem alles sehr sauber. ***Essen*** Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Von Belag, über süße Aufstriche und verschiedene Müsli Variationen war alles vorhanden. Kaffe sowie heiße Schokolade gab es über einen Automaten. Hervorzuheben ist, dass man sich aus frischen Obst selbst Saft pressen konnte. Die Nachmittagsjause ist eher klein gehalten. Meistens gab es Brot mit etwas Belag und einen Kuchen. An manchen Tagen waren auch Käsetoast oder eine Gemüselasagne vorhanden. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Auch das Salatbuffet war jeden Tag sehr reichhaltig. Wenn es beim Hauptgang Änderungswünsche gab, wurden diese auch immer berücksichtigt. ***Lage*** Vom Hotel und dem Ort Pfunds gibt es nur Skibusse nach Nauders oder Sammnaun (Skigebiet Ischgl). In das nahegelegenen Fiss fuhr leider kein Bus. Hier musste man mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug ca. 20min fahren. Wenn man früh genug zurück war (ca. 15:30 Uhr) hat man auch noch einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel bekommen. Danach wurde es sehr schwierig. Hervorzuheben ist der Skiausrüster im Dorf (Skischule Sport-Monz). Abseits von den überlaufenen Läden an den Talstationen (Ski einstellen hier 45min Wartezeit) konnte man in Pfunds direkt alles erledigen. Auch Skiservice über Nacht hat super geklappt. Skistöcke für 3 Tage leihen war sogar umsonst!!! Ansonsten gibt es auch eine Tankstelle und einen MPreis im Dorf. Zusammenfassend: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Kurzurlaub hat sich wieder gelohnt! Hervorragend ist das Essen und das freundliche Personal, man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen!! Und es ist blitzsauber im gesamten Bereich. Man sitzt sehr schön abends auf der Terrasse

Sehr herzlich geführtes Hotel, überdurchschnittlich serviceorientiert. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Sehr viele lokale, ökologisch erzeugte Produkte - lecker! Die Sauna ist auch renoviert und nur zu empfehlen Wir kommen wieder

Zurück im Alltag erinnern wir uns sehr gern an den sechs tägigen Aufenthalt im gemütlichen Hotel Kreuz in Pfunds. Hier werden Qualität, Service und Individualität noch GROSS geschrieben. Das Team hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt, das Zimmer hatte einen direkten Zugang zum Garten, entfernt rauscht der Inn…die Sauna im Blockhaus mit Aussendusche….der Küchenchef ein Meister seines Faches…Garage für Motorräder… Rundherum perfekt! Danke! Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen weiter! Sören und Heike Klose
