Falkensteiner Residences Senia

This place is stunning. Set in absolute acres of beautiful grounds it is in amongst a gorgeous hotel, a spa and amazing sports facilities. The views are, well, simply stunning. You are surrounded by beautiful islands and the little village of Petrcane is a short 2km walk away along the amazing seafront. The Adriatic is beautiful and so very clean. The water is as clear as you’ll get and the temperature is delightful. We hired a car and took a short trip into the old town of Zadar. Amazing place with loads of lovely restaurants and amazing buildings. There are a few restaurants here in the resort and they are lovely if a little bit pricey. We are already planning a return trip. Off to Split now and we’ll see what that has to offer.

We got an entire apar**ent to ourselves. It is located in a township area and is easily accessible to a couple of beaches, club (fitness center and sports). The only thing that we found restricting was the options for food. But overall a great experience and time well spent. Great stay and we'd love to go back again :)

The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apar**ents shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches.

Staff was very friendly but the parking garage was way too dark once a car would pass by the lights would turn off immediately and you were unable to walk unless the light censors were turned on by a car passing. I also wish there was a store nearby that was open throughout the whole day. The bakery that was there was open from 7-1 and unnacceaple after those times.

The Falkensteiner Residences is located in a big private area with a lot of private spaces, beaches, restaurants and pools. The place is a good place to relax and the hotel offers various activities and food options.

I was an awesome stay. Loved the location, the room and the staff. Will definitely book there for a family vacation. Highly recommend

Porch check in at front desk. Did not communicate about the property, hidden costs and major construction starting at 7A and continuing to 5P. Could be a nice property. Wish Falkenstein would have shared. Would’ve allowed us to choose elsewhere. We were told breakfast was free. Charge was twenty seven per person.

We came here for the forth year in a row. We love it here. We booked the A apar**ent and got upgraded to a B apar**ent with 2 bathrooms, walking closet. Thank you for that. The rooms are lovely, plenty space, good kitchen and nice rooms. Despite the hotel being full in this summer high season, the pool area and the beach is not crowded. We always found free sun beds even though some guests tend to reserve them and not show up whole day. Many thanks to the staff for regularly removing the towels from the reserved sun beds. Some guests “forget” their car at the entrance for several days so other guests have to unload and carry their luggage and groceries from the street. The staff tries to improve this but not always successfully which is really the guests’ fault for ignoring the signs placed on their cars. The hygiene measures are extraordinary. We felt very safe especially during these pandemic times. The apar**ents are cleaned regularly every 3-4 days, fresh towels and bed sheets changed. Usually safe distance is kept and most people wear a mask in public areas inside. We discovered the super market and the bakery at walking distance next to the Sunnyside villas this year, it comes in handy when we want to quickly pick up something. This is the perfect hotel for a wonderful holiday as usual. We will be back for sure.
