Hotel a 3 stelle a Peterborough

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, room was perfect, visual impairment awareness was spot on

Primo, mi piace questo vecchio hotel, ha un certo carattere reale, le camere sono grandi e elegante ma ... A) il parcheggio è ora extra, e l'annuncio dovrebbe dire così. B) il personale è chiaramente inesperto - utile sì - ma non dovrebbe davvero salutare il personale come ”coniuge” o ”bug”, è solo il tono sbagliato 2star. C) Se il personale della cucina non si prepara per la colazione, si' un rimborso è grande, ma ”scusate le inconvenienti” è meglio. Quando c'erano problemi con le mie stanze TV, la mia stanza è stata immediatamente sostituita a una stanza altrettanto elegante, nessuna questione con questo tipo di servizio. Non sono colpevole del giovane personale, è di leadership. Ho visto un recensione in cui qualcuno si lamenta di topi e beggar. I fatti della città non sono mai lontani da un ratto o dalla povertà, non si può incolpare un hotel per aver un ratto nel parcheggio o per aver chiesto di fare la sua proprietà, uno è ambientale e l'altro economico, e una questione di polizia. (Ho soggiornato in questo hotel tre volte, è sempre la stessa persona, e è la stessa storia ogni volta, nessuno può perdere il biglietto così spesso) Questo è un hotel a 3 stelle con memoria di 4 stelle, il personale è utile, amichevole, ma senza esperienza, Mancanza di fiducia e orgoglio nella loro professione, è necessario un leadership e questo potrebbe essere facilmente girato, ma nonostante queste questioni, preferirei rimanere qui piuttosto che un alloggio senza carattere.

Breakfast was lovely however service and cleanliness was poor. Tables left for over 30mins before cleared. Coffee terminal had rubbish everywhere and had not been restocked. Lovely location, but rooms aren’t sound proof if people walking in corridors you could here their conversation 😊. It was a nice place but won’t return

Nice hotel, situated within walking distance of the station and close to the town. Room was pleasant. Tea and coffee making facilities. Would like to see some decaffeinated tea in the rooms and at breakfast. Good choice of hot and cold foods for breakfast. The man on reception was helpful, he was also there last time we stayed, and was pleasant both times.

Likes: The price was eye catching. Location was around 20 minutes walk from the rail and bus station. 10-15 minutes walk to the main shopping area, restaurants, cathedral. Quiet location especially as my room faced the back of the hotel. No noise from other rooms on the floor. Room had basic tea / coffee making facilities. Not used, but there wa a microwave, plate / bowl, glass and cutlery for basic self catering in the room. WiFi worked well. Breakfast served from 05:00 - yes, that early! until 09:00 on a Sunday morning so presumably same for all other days. Was good size portion for the cooked breakfast. Cereals, toast, tea / coffee plus orange juice. Dislikes: · Whilst the room was low cost and for that the quality of the rooms, furnishing and bathroom was not exactly good. In need of redecoration, bathroom was in poor condition. Not particularly clean. The fridge in the room was running just to keep 6 x milk sticks for coffee / tea cold. I had to switch it off as it was very noisy when running.

We stayed here 2 nights from the 29th October. Everything about this place was very good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ver y clean and comfortable good nights sleep. The breakfast was really good with enough choice. If you wanted you could take good away little Brown bags provided. Even at evening time girl at reception told me to help myself to an not chocolate from the machine which was really good. We certainly would stay at any Holiday Inn express again. Thank you it was a lovely birthday stay .G
