Hotel in zona The Life Chapel Church, Petaling Jaya

Grande posizione, scelta per rimanere qui, poiché è più vicino a UM, la mia famiglia è venuta a KL per celebrare la convocazione insieme. La stanza era pulita e con tutte le attrezzature che potevo avere. Quello che mi ha fatto davvero speciale la mia permanenza è stata l'ospitalità. L'ospite si è spinto sopra e oltre per assicurarmi di avere tutto quello che mi serviva. In generale, sono stato molto soddisfatto del soggiorno e mi fermerò assolutamente qui nel mio prossimo viaggio.

Best experience with spacious bed and cheap prices. Just need to climb a lot of stairs. Got many food stall outside.

Abbiamo controllato a quasi mezzanotte. Nessun problema, poiché il contatore è aperto 24/7. Il nostro soggiorno era di 4 notti. La notte che abbiamo controllato, ho camminato a piedi nella stanza e ho trovato il pavimento piuttosto polvere. L'ho detto al receptionista il giorno dopo e dopo, tutto era pulito bene ogni giorno. Per soggiornare più di una notte, è necessario chiedere la pulizia della stanza. I puliziari non entrano nella tua stanza senza il permesso. Chiedo di pulire ogni giorno le stanze quando andavo fuori per almeno poche ore. Le toilette che abbiamo usato sono riempite ogni giorno. Ci è anche un cappotto doccia che molti hotel di bilancio non forniscono più. 2 bottiglie d'acqua potabile sono fornite quotidianamente e c'è anche una macchina per l'acqua potabile che si può utilizzare gratuitamente. La qualità dell'acqua è buona, nessun gusto di cloro. La TV ha solo canali locali. La camera era principalmente tranquilla, tranne per l'arresto occasionale di auto. La posizione è buona e sicura anche quando è tardi di notte. Ci sono tutti i tipi di negozi alimentari, dai negozi di caffè ai ristoranti. Watson & Guardian sono sulla stessa fila dell'hotel. Ci siamo stati buoni pranzo di cane da bagno meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Vicino a 3 martedì comodo. Il mercato pubblico è a 2 minuti di distanza e vi è un cortile di cibo di croccante accanto. Tutto pulito con molti tipi di cibo offerto. Cons: Ci sono stati alcuni punti nella stanza che mostravano indossare e lacrime come si può vedere dalle mie foto, ma non ha influenzato il nostro comfort. Non mi piace che ci sia solo una doccia pioggia che ci fa bagno le nostre teste completamente bagnate ogni volta che dovremmo docciare e la testa del doccia è quasi sopra il tappeto del bagno, quindi dopo la doccia è tutto bagnato, in realtà tutta la bagnata si bagna. Purtroppo, il tubo per pulire dopo l'uso del bagno è solo lasciato sul pavimento. Non so perché la direzione non si dispiace mettere in un portale almeno.

Clean & new bed/amenities and appliances. Strong hot shower & W.C. Plenty of food choices within close walking distance.

Room is comfortable but TV box is not functioning properly, it will shut off automatically after few minutes later....... Shampoo n body shampoo is not provided for us... luckily we brought it.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transportation, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's response time via WhatsApp was slow, making communication frustrating. Despite the great location, the cleanliness and service issues need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

L'Eastin Hotel è davvero fantastico! L'ultima volta che ho prenotato lì, è successo qualcosa nella mia stanza. Ma poi quando mi sono lamentato con loro, hanno immediatamente aggiornato la mia stanza! Oh mio Dio, innamorato dei loro servizi! ❤️❤️ Come allegato la camera è stata aggiornata da loro 😍😍

Great location. Cleanliness was good. We stayed in a family room which was a good size for a family with 2 adults and 2 children. We got to check in earlier with an extra RM30, which is great as our flight landed early in the morning. The air conditioning was not working and they have offered to change us to two individual rooms that are adjacent. That’s no deal for us a family with two young children. Asked for a fan instead as we’re only staying for a night, but there isn’t one available. The water heater didn’t work when we got back into the hotel in the evening. We didn’t need hot shower but it would’ve help with the water pressure. Staff was friendly and offered to help but whoever they’re calling to make decision can’t help to resolve. We didn’t make too much fuss as we’re just there for a night.

friendly staffs, facilities are well maintained, high floor studio with unblocked view is nice, there are a lot good food and massage place nearby, downstair is a big mall, so you can get what you need without walking our from the building, highly recommend!

I arrived at the hotel on Christmas evening due to delayed of my flight and heavy traffic at KLIA. The room assigned to me was on 15th floor. It was very empty and the furniture was quite old. Even the 18-20 inches TV was not the LCD type. No many choices of channels to choose from.  Bed sheets and pillows were quite worn down and a bit antic.  The nearest mini mart store was about 200m away across the main road and over the traffic lights. The nearest LRT station was about 1-2 Km away from the hotel. Definitely need to order GRAB car to travel out. Generally it is okay for a solo traveller who does not want to stay in a backpacker hostel.
