Hotel in zona Singapore Telecom (M) Sdn. Bhd., Petaling Jaya

Perfect Host and Greystone have their own check in counter (both had rented units at the ground floor as their lobby)..It was a straightforward lobby, nothing special. For check in purpose, everything was all right. I got my keys to my unit within 10 minutes upon registration. Maybe it was on a Sunday, so it was not crowded, only me there checking in. Paid a deposit of RM100 and got my keys to my unit. Actually the building itself consist of shopping complex, retail units and also a hotel previously..so the room that were offered by Perfect Host and Greystone is actually a hotel room. I did not explore the building but it is not as lively as before when I visited before in 2017. There is a MyNews at the ground floor near to the lobby, so it was convenient to get some essentials if u need. There are also a pub, Victoria Station restaurant also..and some other food outlet but limited choices. The corridor of the hotel room need some housekeeping (can c that it was not cleaned for some time), but the room inside was fantastic clean and comfortable. So it was a surprise for me as outside the hotel corridor and inside the room there is a whole lot of difference. Trust me, the room is the same as the picture in Trip.com. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower gel and shampoo smells good too. For room, I have no complaint.It exceed my initial expectation (after reading some reviews), but the outside corridor of the room really need some cleaning. Some of the negative review about this place is the parking. Yup, it is actually an issue but sometimes not everything is perfect, but I don't blame the host as they are only running an AIRBNB concept, so for me is acceptable as the rate im paying per night (RM63 Nett), is still ok for me. For parking wise, it really depends on when u r checking in..if is on a Sunday or Saturday, there would be ample parking within the ground floor. If is on a weekdays, then it might be full. But dont worry there is basement parking as well. The rate is calculated RM12 per entry per day for the parking at the ground floor (same level as the lobby) and this comes to RM24 for 2 days provided if you are not leaving the hotel. If it is at the basement, then it goes by the hour (you need to do your own calculation whether is most cost worthy to park, how many hours u r gonna park there). Other than that, for me at the rate I am paying and also quality of the room (minus the parking issue and cleaniness of the corridor), I would give this place the thumbs up. Good stay for me, but of course this is only my personal opinion as a reference.I would rate this place 4 out of 5 star.

Le Mossaz Suites offrono un soggiorno confortevole e confortevole per le famiglie. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful. Hotel's location is perfect. Facilities were good and food provided is really delicious. Overall experience was good.

Bestest hotel to stay in PJ. Stayed for 1 night and the room is so spacious & clean. Parking is provided & free once u validated at the counter. Deposit is RM100 either by cash or credit card. Got iron & iron board in the room (most important) Got electric kettle & small fridge too ! Water pressure at toilet super strong & have hot water. Always my 1st choice hotel whenever I need to come to PJ for work purpose.

This hotel offers a fantastic environment with clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms, providing a great overall experience. However, with three reception desks available, we were hopeful for a swift check-in. We chose the middle queue thinking that it would be the fastest there, but the Malay male receptionist handling our line worked at a painstakingly slow pace, guests behind us gave up on this queue and turned to the fast service of the other Chinese female receptionists. By the time it was their turn, the Malay receptionist hadn't even finished helping the people in front of us. While the rooms were well equipped with basic toiletries, it was unfortunate that the soap and body wash were not replenished in a timely manner. Moreover, there were noticeable issues with the bathroom facilities, the rain head were faulty and could not be turned, and the hand shower exhibited erratic water temperature changes, fluctuating between hot and cold. Despite these setbacks, the hotel offered a reasonably good experience considering the price.

Questa è la mia prima visita con il mio ragazzo a Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia e possiamo dire che ci prenoteremo di nuovo questo hotel quando torneremo. 7 giorni in questo hotel ci fa sentire rilassati e divertiti. Siamo arrivati 12:50 MN il 26 luglio 24 e la parte conveniente è che 7/11 e ABC ristorante è ancora aperto. Molto accessibile ai negozi di cibo e comodità. Inoltre, ho appena contattato il ricevitore 7 ore prima di arrivare all'hotel, e ci hanno detto che potevano ospitarci fino alle 1:00. Quando siamo entrati in camera, ci sono già 2 bottiglie d'acqua preparati e la stanza è già pulita. Le mie richieste sono entrate quando ho prenotato l'hotel sono anche preparate (pizzi extra). In generale, clienti molto soddisfatti.

In generale è buono, ma l'isolamento sonoro è cattivo per essere onesti. Anche una stanza o un'area non fumatori, ma l'odore del fumo entra ancora nella mia stanza. Penso sia venuto dall'uscita di emergenza. Molto cattiva esperienza. La tovagliola era sporca, portatevi la tua. L'aria condizionata era prevista. Piramide Sunway, 99 marzo e qualche farmacia. Per me è 3✨. Non ordinare a Pelita il peggior gusto del uomo indomeo

Mercure Glennmarie is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm on biz travel to KL. Everything was fine. Besides, some improvements are needed as listed below. 1. For the bathroom without the partition, the water mostly may covered half of the floor. This is hazardous and slippery. I fell once when walking with slipper into the wet bathroom. Hope the management can consider putting an anti slip mat in front of the basin. 2. The crew in the breakfast area seem to be talking too loud and making joke with each others during the service. It seem to be lack of professionalism in their roles. More strict discipline enforcement are required. Others area are perfect. Keep up with a good works.

Ho prenotato e pagato per una camera di famiglia (1 letto Regina + 1 letto singolo) ma mi è stato dato una camera superiore (1 letto solo). Il personale ha detto che c'è un difetto nel sistema di prenotazione (terzo partito come Trip.Com). Il personale ha detto che ero fortunato abbastanza perché c'era solo una camera superiore disponibile. Sono fortunato perché mia figlia doveva tornare a Johor. Mi ha appena lasciato con mia moglie. Altrimenti la stanza non è sufficiente per noi (3 di noi). L'hotel è stato un bene, ma l'evento di prenotazione è una cattiva esperienza per me. Ho prenotato e pagato per una stanza di famiglia, ma è stato dato una stanza superiore.

Booked this hotel for my dad and he requested for 2nd time booking so I guess this hotel have fulfilled his expectation. 👍🏻
