Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Sheraton Petaling Jaya, e sebbene la posizione sia molto lontana dal centro della città, l'hotel offre una comoda e piacevole esperienza con un servizio eccellente e strutture ben mantenute. Durante il mio soggiorno, ho mangiato al loro ristorante cinese, Yue.Ho ordinato il riso di paddy, che era delizioso, delizioso, perfettamente cucinato e ben stagionato. La mia esperienza di mangiare era tuttavia colpita da un forte odore di tabacco proveniente dal locale vicino, che era molto deludente e chiaramente una scarsa scelta di progettare un locale di sigaretta nello stesso piano di due ristoranti. E'stato negativamente influenzato da ciò che avrebbe potuto essere un pasto perfetto. In generale, l'hotel è una buona scelta per chi cerca comfort e servizi di qualità, ma il posto del salone di sigaretta è una grave carenza che la gestione dovrebbe riflettere per migliorare l'atmosfera di cena.

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

L'Eastin Hotel è davvero fantastico! L'ultima volta che ho prenotato lì, è successo qualcosa nella mia stanza. Ma poi quando mi sono lamentato con loro, hanno immediatamente aggiornato la mia stanza! Oh mio Dio, innamorato dei loro servizi! ❤️❤️ Come allegato la camera è stata aggiornata da loro 😍😍

1. Check in process is made simple, I like that very much. I was allowed to check in 30 minutes early. 2. The room is clean . Other then bath foam & syampoo was given late ( accidentally missed to be put in the toilet), the rest of amenities were ok. 3. The TV channel are limited and the picture quality of the TV is not good. Please look into this. 4. Many restaurant are walking distance around 200 metres. MyNews shop 24 hours is available at ground floor of the apartment. Overall I had a nice stay.

Crystal crown filled with warm on this festive season with their Christmas tree and deco that filled the lobby beautifully, welcoming everyone, we’ve been staying here everytime my family and I in town hence it is worth the money, worth the stay.
