bellissimo resort a due passi dal mare. Ottima colazione e ampia scelta per la ristorazione.

Villaggio molto bello. Posizione super comoda, molto vicino alla spiaggia. Colazione perfetta con una buona varietà di cibo. Camera spaziosa con bellissima vista. Posso consigliare questo resort durante la bassa stagione. Molte attività in hotel durante il giorno.

Fantastic resort that was 100% value for money. Large spacious rooms, which had comfortable beds and great aircon. A variety of swimming pools and bars that offered happy hour deals at different times. The staff were friendly and attentive. To top it all off, the breakfast offers good variety. Will definitely return to the Pullman when visiting Karon again.

It’s a very big resort with a few pools and facilities. Besides the building and rooms are a bit old, services are great and environment very suitable with kids and family .

Nice hotel with huge territory. There is green grass, beautiful plants and flowers everywhere what makes your stay very peaceful and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing with a pretty outdoor terrace next to the pool. The stuff is very helpful and polite. We had one issue and they solved it fast and professionally. The room is amazing, very stylish, light and spacious. It takes about 5 mins to go to the beach and 10 to the nearest night market. There are also many pools and sun beds on the territory. Had a good rest there and wish to come back again.

Very big hotel with 6 blocks and 3 swimming pools. There is a shuttle running around the blocks and also walkable around 5-10 mins. The beach is at the rear gate and you need to walk about 5 minutes to the street markets. The facilities are old and outdated. Aircon is noisy and TV is unclear. Restaurants are much more expensive than outside ones and tatse is normal.

Good hotel, but not real Pullman and 5*! Checkin took around an hour, in lobby without AC it’s problematic! Only 5* hotel out of 10 on the trip that asked to fill BS forms and wait long time! More like 4*! Location also pretty bad, can’t walk anywhere and no beach beds! But stuff is good and can help with drivers or carrying bags around

The resort is large and the shuttle bus service is very convenient. There are loads of facilities for family to stay. The breakfast buffet is awesome as there are many option.

Variety of Food choices. Will be better if they could serve breakfast earlier for those taking early flights and provide connecting rooms for family. Kind of disappointing when booking was made months ago and instruction was given.

Hotel is good but need some improvement pros: -large area, pools are big enough -HSKP is nice, room make up was quicky with quality -F&B staff keep smile and service even in peak hours; food price is resonable - Bellman are nice and helpful cons: -Reception staff seems lack of experiences not feeling with warm welcome, may be too busy -Welcome desk should standby staff.. cant find help after arrived hotel - pool hygiene need to improve, sun chairs and tables are dirty and moldy. staff using blue towel to clean tables

The hotel is sitting on an pretty sizeable campus, but the curved design helps to manage walking distance between different facilities. There a few swimming pools on site, as well as restaurants if you like to stay on the property. You can easily take a Tutu or taxi from the beach entrance. There used to be a TOPS convenience store according to Google map but it is gone now. Hotel is old with facility in the home. Phone is like still in the 90s. Bathroom was done probably 10 years ago. Their toothpaste comes with a tiny drop it bearly covers one time usage. Overall if you like big hotels this is it. But room is getting old. Will I go back again? Probably not.

Nice location and atmosphere. Pools and its bars are very clean and nice. The problem is the room. Definitely not a 5 star quality. AC and fridge were too old and making incredible noise. I believe some people would sleep better in the airplane. I don’t know if we were unlucky but needed to turn them off to have a decent sleep every night. Very old set up overall. Rugs and mats were very used up to the point that were shredded. We found cockroaches in our room twice within 5 nights. Lots of ants (which is very acceptable, it’s a tropic country) around your sink and mini bar counter. I thought they can do something with products for insects. Tiled floor was not wiped so you can see so much dust when the night foot lights were turend on. I give 2 stars because of the convenience of location and beach access. Check in was little clumsy with only 1 person taking charge at 5pm. Stuff at the bars were very charming and attentive. I think so many people expects much better experience for a 5 star Pullman hotel. It gave too much second hand old Hilton vibes. Not worth 300 dollars a night in my opinion. Would not recommend to my friends.
