Once I step in the hotel, the strong cigarette smell has annoyed me.
I thought it maybe only within downstair check in counter, but once i step in the room, the cigarette smell get stronger.
I sit inside the room for 5mins, and i decided to leave without asking any further.

The most comfortable Sun Inns room so far plus very good location with access to many highways
Nearby to many restaurants and walking distance to the Strand Mall

Very unfortunate due to the first room we got was infested with bed bugs. Forced to wake up at 2:00am and went to front desk to change the room. The next room we got was claimed as new but the new room was infested with cockroaches (which we thought was better than being bitten by bed bugs). The water dispenser also was leaking non stop everytime we use it. This is the last time we will be using this hotel due to lack of hygeine and cleanliness.

shower leaking. water tap leaking.Bed sheet is supposed to be white, but becomes dark yellow. aircon works, but dirty and broken. bed frame dirty. Internet speed is ok.
