Been here few times now. One of the most reasonable stay for family of four. The only drawback is that surrounding no much of choose for foods. The nearest shopping mall are 1 Utama just 2km driving distance.

This is my 3rd time staying I Mossaz suite  Second time with mykey global  Love the room so much  It’s so clean and makes me feel peace  But bathroom got no hanger for towel Worth to stay and worth the price

the room is so big, i love that simple minimalist room and also clean. but the toilet a bit smelly. plus have convenient stores near lobby. overall i can give 8/10. would like to repeat stay here. i’m

Very good for staycation with family .

Overall good, I will consider to come back again. The lift is hard to get, as the checkout time is so crowded. I have waited for 4 rounds to get in (or squish myself into the lift). So if u dont want to wait you need to wake up earlier.

Super nice hotel.very nice city view. I like the swimming pool. The super big gym room. The clean room and cold air con. And I miss the super valuable price. I already recommended to all my friends and family for this hotel.

Very statisfy with the stay. Great value for money. Only downside is no nearby eateries. Will stay again in future.

Clean room. But…. Location for this apartment so bad. Behind construction. Youll missed the road if u dont read maps carefully. Not recommend for family. For couple just ok. This room view all abandoned construction view. The room provides basic amenities which is good. Clean room. Fast check in. Got agent / receptionist at lobby. Lift all functioning. Just to remind this is vvv far from town. Else is ok. Oh ya grabfood&shopeefood rider also dont want to deliver food here. Hard to find food. Need go outside.

I had a pretty disappointing experience staying here. The location was very isolated, right next to an abandoned mall, with nothing interesting or useful within walking distance. Finding the place was a hassle, as the only way to access the hotel was through the car park, which felt strange and inconvenient. Checking in was frustrating too. Even though there were three staff members at the reception, only one was actually helping guests check in, so the process took way longer than it should have. The room itself was decent for the price I paid, but things started to go downhill the next morning. The elevators were a complete nightmare. Out of six elevators, one was reserved for staff, and the rest were either painfully slow or always packed. It took forever to get down to the lobby, and the same thing happened when we were checking out. Parking was another issue. It was really limited, which added to the overall inconvenience. The only good thing about the stay was one friendly staff member during the day, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. With all the trouble I went through, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone. It just isn’t worth the hassle.

The lift is not working correctly. There are 6 lifts for 39 floors and more than 20 units per floor. You often wait more than 5 to 10 minutes before one of these lifts stop by your floor, and it's often full already of people. It's very easy to collect key, this is 5/5. The place to pick up grab (car or food) is not good at all. You have to go to B3 level, and since there are no guards there to stay 24/24, the food can be stolen before you go down (the lift is super slow). The room I got wasn't clean everywhere but still good to use. The location isn't the best also, PJ is ok and not far from anything but B3 level to get grab and also grab / friends to come at the condo is not easy at all, everything around is under construction.
