"La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e molto comoda, il letto e le mutandine erano morbide, rendendo facile rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. Il parcheggio era conveniente con un sacco di spazio e facile accesso al lobby, che era un grande plus. Il personale era amichevole, gentile e sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. L’iscrizione e l’uscita erano semplici ed efficienti. In generale, il servizio è stato eccellente e rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole."

"Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all."

"Location wise it’s quite far from tourist spots but still okay as grab rates not that affects, just dont get out around 4pm onwards as all roads near to hotel is crowded. Very affordable and clean yet i think the front office staffs must wear some proper uniforms to recognize. I expected also a couple of coffee as amentiies as our flight by 8am morning and we prepared around 4am unfortunately convenience store down stares are closed so luckily i got some coffee from vietnam. Facilities are very amazing for its price but again the staffs needs to be presentable as most of them are indians/south asians (not for shaming but they will be more good if they act so good with that facilities)"

"I had a good stay at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie. The cleanliness was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is good and convenient, though not directly in the city center. The service provided by the staff was generally good and helpful. The amenities were also good and suitable for families, making the stay enjoyable overall."

"Recentemente sono rimasto all'hotel M per un weekend e sono stato profondamente impressionato dall'inizio alla fine. Il processo di check-in è stato rapido e il personale del front desk è stato incredibilmente caldo e accogliente.La nostra stanza è stata pulita, moderna e sorprendentemente spaziosa. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un grande sonno notturno, e le tende di blackout erano una benedizione. Il bagno era ben messo con una eccellente pressione idrica nel doccia – un piccolo dettaglio che fa una grande differenza! La posizione è un grande plus. Situato in una fantastica zona con facile accesso, rendendolo un brindisi per entrare nel centro della città. Per cibo e shopping, si è spolverato per la scelta. L'iconico The Curve, IKEA, e IPC sono tutti in una breve, piacevole passeggiata. Non abbiamo avuto tempo per usare la piscina o lo sportello, ma ci siamo accorti e entrambi sembravano molto ben mantenuti e invitanti. Il servizio era davvero esposto: ogni membro del personale che incontravamo, dalla custodia alla concierge, era gentile, utile e sembrava davvero preoccuparsi del nostro conforto. Mi consiglio molto di M Hotel per i viaggiatori di business e di svago. Offre un grande valore per i soldi, e certamente tornerò al mio prossimo viaggio a Kuala Lumpur!"

"We stayed at the Premium Quadruple Studio and it was absolutely breathtaking! The room was spotless, with super comfortable beds, a big TV, and excellent high-speed WiFi. The small kitchen area was a nice touch—perfect for preparing light meals like ramen. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and had reliable hot water, which made our stay even more comfortable. The entire studio felt roomy and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Reception was very easy to access, and we also loved that there’s a retail shop right on the ground floor with plenty of variety. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are very satisfied—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great travel experience!"

"Short escape goes well here 😊 feel like at home especially kitchen area provided all stuff like spoon, dishwash, set of plate, microwave, refrigerator.. Sorry i forgot to tell reception that door lock toilet is cannot be used.. We arrive they and try all the lock first but cannot be use.. Paxtonz should repair it.. The rest, i am satisfied 🤗"
