"The place was very hard to fine, I had to call the cs for direction. Luckily cs was very friendly and helpful. Getting to the place by a car is easy with his guide. The unit was very clean with good basic amenities - water dispenser (very helpful when you’re out with kids). Highly recommended for adult and kids ＞ 6 years old. Not suitable for younger kids as the stairs can be a hazard. Overall experience was good! I love the unit, the amenities, the friendly cs, basically everything about the unit, only the location which is not easily found on Google map."

"It is an apartment complex. My first time doing a short stay at such an accommodation. But was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and maintenance of the place. I think its well done. Only issue is the studio room I got had a bit of a stale smell. Air Purifying would enhance it, but the price I paid is still bearable. Possibly due to lack of ventilation and maybe a bit of cooking done before. Washing machine in the apartment was also helpful with detergent powder provided too. Very worthwhile and would highly consider the stay again. However, checking out requires you to inform them prior in order for the cleaners to inspect before returning your cash deposit. This could be better highlighted especially for foreigners staying there. The whatsapp contact is very responsive, so overall, things are done well. Keep up the good work!"

L'hotel è situato in una zona di negozio, ma può essere piuttosto tranquillo a notte, rendendo un sonno tranquillo. Per cena, abbiamo guidato 10 minuti a Satay Pak Wan, e sicuramente valeva, delizioso e altamente raccomandato. In generale, è un grande valore per il prezzo, con un comodo soggiorno e un servizio amichevole."

"房間雖小但五臟俱全，不過設施總體上講衹能説比較一般，空調製冷能力不佳但噪聲卻很大，牆壁隔音也比較差深夜依舊可以聽到外面高架上的的機車聲，洗澡的話熱水要很久才能上來而且水温並不高……不過對於這個價格而言我認為總體還是很不錯的，總不能指望衹花百餘元錢就住到五星大酒店吧～～"

UUtente anonimoWe had a pleasant 2D1N stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very near the MRT, which made it super convenient for us to get around using public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was up to standard for a 4-star hotel.
One thing to note: the car park is mentioned as RM4 per entry, but we were charged RM8 for our stay even though we didn’t drive out during the time we were there. It seems the rate is RM4 per day rather than per entry, which is still reasonable.
Overall, it was a good stay with great value and convenience. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore the city using public transport!

BBellahueyThis is my second visit, the receptionist this time were rather rude. He yawned while talking to me when I ask him about bed type. I was gutted by his attitude. Wasn’t expecting that because my first visit was very pleasant. This time round the receptionist are rather showing the vibe of “I’m too good to serve you”. It’s unpleasant. Although the room were quite new and it is in a rather quiet area. But for their services I encounter this time. I’m taken aback. Breakfast were good. Room are clean and amenities are upon request, even hair dryer. There are plenty of books at the lobby to browse through, quite interesting.

IilyyLa stanza era pulita, ma il bagno aveva ancora sporco che non poteva scendere dal drenaggio. Il doccia poteva essere inondato se non attentamente. Grande posizione vicino all'aeroporto e vicino ai centri di auto. Il servizio era miscelato, abbiamo avuto un servizio davvero eccellente da alcuni, ma poveri da alcuni dipendenti. Il cibo al club era solo pasticceria, quindi abbiamo avuto colazione nella zona principale, era tutto a posto, le scelte erano limitate. La sala da giardino era buona. La piscina era di solito piena di bambini. Non ho provato il bagno. Nota che il club è in un allegato separato dalle altre camere. Pensavo di tornare per la posizione.

Luvi la posizione come il suo posto sopra la stanza Nu Empire, molti ristoranti n caffè e tutto quello che si ottiene in un centro commerciale. Il personale è stato utile e cortese.

WWeiQiao HuangI had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transportation, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's response time via WhatsApp was slow, making communication frustrating. Despite the great location, the cleanliness and service issues need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.
