"We had a pleasant stay overall, but a few small things made it a bit less comfortable than it could have been. The room itself was lovely—very spacious, with a clean and simple design. All the basic amenities were there and well-arranged. However, we did run into a few issues. For starters, we couldn't find any chopsticks, which made eating noodles a bit tricky. It was also inconvenient that there was only one small bowl provided, which isn't ideal for two people. On top of that, we were surprised to find no toilet paper in the bathroom.
Regarding the location, it's great that the hotel is so close to major shopping centers like 3 Damansara and 1 Utama. However, getting there was a challenge. The surrounding roads are very confusing, with many intersections, and our navigation app didn't always get us to the right place."

"been a regular of Sunway’s hotel for god knows how long and it’s worth the stay every single time. front desk staff are always polite and welcoming. we booked 2 rooms for the 4 of us, and was offered a connecting room for which my family and I were very satisfied with.
hotel location 💯 it’s connected to the Sunway Pyramid so whenever any of us is tired, we could just head back to the hotel to rest.
breakfast crowd on weekends was insaneeee. the food was decently good, with a great variety of choices.

It was not the first time we stayed in the hotel but first time under the new brand name. Checking in was fast and efficient. Provided with welcome snacks in the fridge.
Was surprised that the hotel is practising sustainability effort by providing water using glass bottles, which is commendable.
The hotel water wasn't the usual ”scalding” type (at times just warm) even when the level is at the extreme left, perhaps it part of sustainability but we prefer it a tat hotter if possible.
Didn't get to enjoy the rest of the amenities, but the hotel promotions seemed attractive."

Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie is a part of the new intergrated Utropolis Glenmarie development. It is well connected with highways and other transportation links such as the KTM komuter system and an upcoming LRT line. It is 40mins by car from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and 15mins from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport Subang. It is within 5mins by car to the industrial park and 10mins from shopping and entertainment outlets.
"Breakfast spread was quite good for the price of the room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was superb. Called recep at around 11pm for 2 bottles of water and 2 extra towels and they delivered them in less than 3 minutes. The towels were warm too! Will definitely return if I have an event in the vicinity. Shoutout to Dhillip (not sure if spelt correctly) for ensuring a swift check-in process!"

"Room is spacious with all basic facilities. Bed is comfy. Hotel staff are helpful. Check in process is quite smooth. Location is near to shopping mall and easy to locate. Value for money if have discount.
Parking is LPR system but you still need to validate at reception and pay RM 4 per entry. Not convenient for hotel guest that need multiples in and out. Room and facilities are quite old (estimate more than 10 years). Out of three lifts from main lobby to rooms, only one lift is working. Hotel didn't provide towel, only delivered after requested. The link bridge that connected hotel to the mall as well as most of the access already closed, so need to walk quite a distance to the nearby mall (eCurve, IPC, IKEA, The Curve)"

The studio is really pretty and clean. For the price, it’s super worth it , especially around Damansara where most places start from RM160 and still don’t offer much or aren’t as clean.
The unit comes with a hairdryer, iron, mini fridge, microwave, and full cutlery set. No kitchen or stove, but enough for simple meals. Aircond is cold, Netflix is available (just log in with your own account), and the pool has a lovely view 🥰 definitely a bonus!
Cons: Toilet drain had a slight smell and water pressure was a bit low (maybe I’m just used to stronger water at home hehe😅). Lift was also a bit slow had to wait 10–15 mins. But honestly, not a big deal. Still worth it if you’re looking for a clean, comfy stay on a budget👍🏻"

CChong chin weeEverything is good. Only few things i would like to highlight and make this hotel more perfect.
1) during breakfast time, its too peak and too much people. Everyone have to queue up in order to go in enjoy the breakfast?? This is 5stars hotel. Why still need to queue up more than 30mins.? And the situation very messy. The queuing line from the entrance restaurant until outside. (Swimming pool area). Middle queue also with lift. People go and back. Very messy.
2) management please solve the issue. As a hotel guest, i felt like “what? I spent so much money to stay, but breakfast have to wait and queue?
3) before settle the above issue, please arrange manpower to handle the crowd. Because many of them cut the queue. Make others guests so unfair and unhappy.
4) the restaurant breakfast also not so good. Please look for more various of foods.
5) swimming pool also very dirty. Dirty is not the water. Is the dirty thing under the water. OhmyGod.
6) last but not least, so far the staffs services is very great.

CChloe.CPkI love this place my kids super enjoy especially i love they provide the shuttle bus to ioi city mall super convenient at least im no need to drive out and look for parking . Secondly i would like to say their breakfast buffet are great although that day i went are super peak and many people but still manage well , many variety of food and is ok. Overall im enjoy the stay here the room are clean and comfortable just the swimming pool side are abit old . And i would like to thanks due to peak season i was check in late cos there is out of occupied the room but they replace back late check out for me at least my kids can enjoy at the pool .

C'era un problema con la nostra prenotazione a buffet, e anche se il personale aveva offerto inizialmente alternative alla carta, erano limitati ai ristoranti cinesi o giapponesi , che ho già menzionato prima non eravamo interessati. Nonostante ciò, le stesse opzioni sono state promesse, e la mia famiglia, i nostri figli, aveva già aspettato più di 30 minuti.
Il signor Sinan si è personalmente messo in piedi, ha riconosciuto l'inconveniente e ha preso un'azione immediata. Ci ha offerto un'alternativa al cibo in un altro ristorante che aveva una più ampia gamma di opzioni tra cui pizza e altri pasti a favore dei bambini che rendevano i bambini molto felici. Successivamente ci ha fornito graziosamente gli aggiornamenti di sala complimentaria come sostituzione per l'esperienza di buffet mancante.
La sua attenzione, la rapida soluzione dei problemi e la vera cura del nostro comfort hanno trasformato una situazione frustrante in un'esperienza molto positiva e memorabile. Apprezziamo davvero il servizio eccezionale e ritorneremo certamente per l'ospitalità in sostanza.

ZZamir AkilExcellent service from parking to receptionist until getting to the room with easy access of facilities. The staff is quite friendly and assist kindly of any issues for example the door access card. The pool and gym is quite nice and the room is clean and tidy. Price is very reasonable for the room size. Overall i'm satisfied and probably will repeat staying here in the future.

YYuelingWent there for a spiritual retreat. Staff service is good, no complaints. The room is slightly old. The carpet seems to need some deep cleaning. The basin has poor water flow but the staff are not aware at all even after I stayed there a few days. I had to unclog the basin by removing a piece of tissue because I just can't stand it anymore. If you place the toilet cover down, staff would not open and clean it. So if it is dirty, you have to keep the cover lifted for them to realise it.
Not much amenities.. gym is very simple. There is also a pool. Location is just within 10min of Subang Airport, very convenient.

The hotel room was overall clean and spacious, with a comfortable and large bed. The washroom was a bit small, but it didn't affect the convenience of a short stay. The hotel has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh feel. Its location is very convenient, as it's within walking distance to The Mines Shopping Centre, making it easy to access dining and shopping options.
The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room, but this was mitigated by the availability of a self-service store in the lobby where cold drinks could be purchased. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.

DDreamcatcher888I booked the Deluxe Queen room because it has a ”kichenette”. It's actually just counter space with zero appliances. It's odd to not have an induction stove for this space, and the rooms not having microwaves makes it misleading to call this an ”aparthotel”. My room was a total eyesore (see photos). It's concerning that they won't improve the appearance of the rooms for the guests with several coats of paint. It's not compatible for long stays. There was construction across the hall (see last photo) from 10 AM to 5 PM which made it impossible for me to work remotely. The only 2 positives were the internet being private and the location being walkable.
