"We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI"

"Stayed here lots of time and as usual the front desk are very good and polite, even the carpark assistants are all nice and great too. Closed to Macau boarder, went to the underground shopping mall which is clean and nice for walking after dinner as it is big. Highly recommend, a little hiccup last stay but was ok, i guessed it depends on the cleaners."

"The villa offers great value for money and ample space for a comfortable stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance. The host was responsive, which contributed to a pleasant experience for our group, especially with kids. The highlight for the children was the swimming pool, providing them with hours of enjoyment."

"We were so lucky to have met Queena , who was very helpful n friendly and efficient. She upgraded us to a duplex with our own pool facing the sea , our first ever. We were all so happy n excited to stay in that room. The Shadow Bar was very nice with a super night view of the sea n harbour. She also helped us with a small problem in the gym and also called a taxi for us when we had trouble getting one after checking out. A very beautiful resort for couples n family. Highly recommended n will surely come again. Appreciate it , Queena."

"珠海挖到寶！這家酒店真的長在我“心巴”上 這次去珠海玩，隨便訂的酒店居然成了意外之喜，作為一個有點挑剔的“重度潔癖+細節控”，住完衹想説：以後來珠海，這家我鎖死了！ 1. 交通是真的方便，懶人的福音 選它最開始就是圖近——離珠海站是真近，出了站拖着行李箱走個幾分鐘就到了，不用在珠海站門口跟人擠着打車，也不用扛着箱子找公交，對於剛下高鐵想趕緊歇腳的人來説，這點真的太加分了，省了好多麻煩。 2. 乾淨到讓我這個潔癖“狂喜” 進大堂的時候就覺得還行，裝修不是那種千篇一律的酒店風，有點自己的小特色，看着不膩。但真正讓我驚艷的是房間！推開門第一眼就覺得“穩了”：地面乾乾淨淨，沒有亂七八糟的雜物，我甚至光腳踩了踩，也沒覺得硌得慌。最關鍵的是，我特意扒拉了床底下、牆角這些容易藏灰的地方，居然一根頭髮絲都沒找到！作為一個看見頭髮就渾身難受的人，這種乾淨程度真的給我安全感拉滿了。 3. 服務和細節，透着一股“走心” 辦入住的時候，我隨口提了一句“想要離電梯近點的房間，省得每天走遠路”，前台小姐姐沒多問，直接就給安排了，這點特別省心，沒讓我費口舌。進了房間更是發現，“細節”這事兒它是真沒糊弄： • 該有的都有：一次性洗衣袋、洗髮水護髮素是分開的小瓶子，用着方便；一次性紙杯也備了，不用自己帶杯子；連體重秤都有，對我這種出門也想稱體重的人太友好了。廁所裏還有酒精濕巾 • 質量不糊弄：拖鞋不是那種一踩就變形的薄款，厚實軟和，踩上去不硌腳，比之前住過的好多酒店都強；洗手液聞着特別香，而且是個眼熟的牌子，不是那種廉價刺鼻的味道，用着也放心。 • 小驚喜拉滿：最後退房拿身份證的時候，發現工作人員給套了個透明保護套，雖然是小事，但感覺挺貼心的，就像家裡人會想到的細節，瞬間覺得很暖。"

"I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels in China before. Some met my standards, while others didn’t even feel like a 3-star hotel. However, the Hilton Zhuhai deserves praise! It didn’t just meet my expectations—I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. I had some doubts when booking this hotel since it originally opened in 2013, but a renovation was done in 2019. So, I took a leap of faith, and it paid off. The hotel wasn’t expensive, though the price nearly doubled during the holiday season. The staff were very friendly, especially Esther at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even offered helpful suggestions 👍. Of course, no hotel is perfect, so here are some pros and cons: Pros: - Great service from the staff, particularly the front desk team. - The hotel feels well-maintained despite its age. - Quiet surroundings, which made for a peaceful stay. Cons: - The A/C is very slow to cool the room. It eventually gets there, but it takes its own sweet time. - The front desk area is very small. They squeezed in a coffee bar that took away the grand feel of the lobby and closed off multiple entrances, leaving only one. This layout makes entering the hotel feel awkward and takes away from the sense of luxury. - The view from our room wasn’t great—just a row of unoccupied mansions with overgrown grass and trees. Since this is a newer area of Zhuhai, many nearby apartments are also empty. It’s quiet, but not particularly scenic. - There are no restaurants within 500 meters. You’ll need to order takeout or take a taxi to a nearby mall for food. - Transportation options are limited. There’s no public transport nearby, and the space in front of the hotel is too small for taxis to pull in easily. The best option is to call a DiDi (ride-hailing app), and while the front desk can help with this, you might have to wait if they’re busy. Overall, I’d rate this hotel an 8/10. The two points I took off were for the lack of nearby restaurants and limited transportation options. Despite these issues, the service and comfort of the hotel made it a great stay. I’d happily return in the future!"
