Hotel a Pessac, Francia

I stayed here with my Fiancé for one night and we had such an amazing stay. From the moment you enter the beautiful Chateau you are treated like family. We were handed a glass of wine and given a small tour of the Chateau immediately when checking in. I felt like I was staying in a museum. From the artwork, to the décor, to the historical pieces in the common areas and in your room, this place was truly amazing. The ground were beautiful and I like how they labeled everything so you new what type of trees/flowers/plants that you were looking at when exploring. The garden and winery were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I felt like a king in the Egregore suite. We chose the romantic package and had some Champage in our room with the windows open overlooking part of the vineyard. I also had some fresh flowers delivered to the room. The service was unmatched. This is the definition of 5 star service. Anything you want they are there to provide. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. We stayed for dinner and the food was delicious. The veggies were all from their garden. The breakfast was incredible and had anything you could ever want at breakfast. The wine was of course delicious as well. I recommend doing the wine tasting so you get a more detailed tour of the winery. I highly recommend staying here for at least one night. It is a very unique place that you will not find anywhere else in the world.

E 'un bel hotel! Personale molto amabile. Camera grande con letto king size. La colazione è molto buona e se si desidera uova fritte appena fatto (come non sono messe) è solo bisogno di chiedere al cameriere. La macchina può essere parcheggiata gratuitamente. Ascensori grandi (per noi è importante per poter salire in camera con il carrello per bambini). Senza alcun problema si può chiedere mini cuna.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil est agréable et bien décoré, sans rien demander on nous informe d’un sur classement, belle surprise., chambre magnifique. Très vite on déchante, une odeur insoutenable dans la chambre( pique les yeux et la gorge), un technicien vient constater sans solution, On nous change de chambre. Chambre alors bruyante, plus petite, plus de café, plus de surclassement… lit d’appoint à 15€ avec impossibilité de dormir dedans (barres de lit) contrainte de mettre le matelas par terre… Aucune info donnée sur salle sa spa et fitness que l’on découvrira sur un panneau en partant. Bref un séjour décevant pour le prix .

Le camere sono state molto confortevoli, ma il nostro hotel era stato molto nuovo, ma dovevamo cambiare le camere tre volte a causa di problemi tecnici o di pulizia. Questa è dotata di camere di base che non sono nuove, ma sono tenute molto pulite, e tutto funziona bene - riscaldamento potente, bella bagno con grande pressione idrica, ecc. La stanza è funzionale. Come si aspetta dalla marca Campanile, si presta grande attenzione al cibo. Manterranno un buffet di colazione completamente immagazzinato anche se è solo lei e minuti prima della fine. La colazione ha una grande varietà: sia crepe che pancake, cioccolato caldo e decaf ... Ci ha sorpreso che un piccolo hotel possa offrire così tanto. Inoltre, si è prestata molta attenzione all'igiene nella zona del ristorante, mentre le tavole e le sedie sono saneate dopo ogni vacanza degli ospiti. In termini di posizione, è davvero un grande sapore di una macchina: appena fuori dalle autostrade, e pochi minuti dal tram dove si guida gratuitamente e portare tutto il vostro gruppo al centro della città e indietro per pochi euro (guardi il ”relais parco” affare ... Io parcheggiato presso Arts et Métiers). I grandi centri sono a 10 minuti di distanza, e prima di lasciare la città si possono acquistare cannelli presso la ”la toque cuivrée” vicino. Anche cinema e cibi notturni tardi sono a minuti di distanza con la macchina. La zona è molto tranquilla e nulla disturba il nostro sonno nelle 3 notti che ci siamo rimasti. Il personale è stato molto utile e sempre felice (tutti) ... Se hai viaggiato in Francia un po', sai che non succede così spesso! Molto consigliato per viaggi stradali con amici o in affari.

Ho fatto molti hotel, ma raramente ho visto una pulizia così eccezionale, congratulazioni alla squadra di manutenzione che mette il cuore in esercizio, vedi, si sente e si fa bene. La camera è abbastanza grande e qualitativa, l'insonorizzazione è buona. Il personale è stato molto piacevole, sorridente e buon consigli. Il buffet del colazione è perfetto per il suo prezzo, la qualità è al appuntamento, come la varietà. Sarò felice di tornare.

Très bon séjour à Enight. Nous étions 4 dans un studio qui malgré tout était spacieux et fonctionnel. Tout est en parfait état, très propre et neuf. De plus, le parking est fermé donc la voiture est en sécurité, et elle peut rester au parking car l’arrêt de bus est à côté pour rejoindre le centre de Bordeaux. Un Intermarché est à 2 minutes à pied donc tout est sous la main, emplacement parfait et calme. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Questa volta abbiamo trovato la suite abbastanza piccola. Inoltre, quella che ci era stata prenota era sotto tetto e senza ventilatore mentre era fino a 42°C. Il cameriere dell'hotel, molto affascinante e servibile, ha accettato di cambiarci subito, un piano in basso, dotato di un ventilatore. Abbiamo appreso che ci sono altri due siti di questa catena vicino con aria condizionata. Pensare per la prossima volta.
