This place is a great find , so clean , fun and quirky, helpful staff, chilled retro vibe loved it, right near the beach *****, loved the toasterface Cafe downstairs, booked it straight away for a few weeks time

L'appartamento era ben strutturato e ben strutturato, tranne il salone che aveva indossato e lacrime e che aveva bisogno di ripulire o sostituire. Le tinture sul salotto, le scariche rigide sul tavolo e sulla parte superiore del lavastoviglie, così come alcune altre questioni di pulizia minori erano meno soddisfacenti. Mi aspettavo di meglio per il prezzo. La posizione è buona.

La posizione è pulita e buona. Camere davvero belle con un sacco di archiviazione e privacy. Tutto quello che ti serve è li', è un po 'costo per un ostello e si è sentito davvero anonimo.

La settimana scorsa, mia moglie e io avevo un soggiorno meraviglioso, da parte di un servizio amichevole e impeccabile. Al check-in il mio livello ambasciatore era ben riconosciuto. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, molto tranquilla, moderna e ben progettata. La colazione del ristorante di piano terra dell'hotel, Ivy & Jack, è stata un'ottima colazione, un servizio eccellente. La mia moglie, tuttavia, pensava che il cibo per colazione asiatico sarebbe stato buono, pensava che le noodle e le verdure cucinate asiatiche fossero vegetariane piuttosto che contenenti carne.

Un bel hotel grande. Prezzo ragionevole per un grande hotel. Circolandolo ha posti da mangiare e Coles che è molto conveniente. Non ha utilizzato alcuna struttura come è inverno. Solo il lato inferiore è molto divertente, non si fa doccia. Tutto l'acqua spruzzava e molto bagnata. E c'erano poche unghie sulla porta del bagno. Il mio hubby era ferito quando si è salito su di esso. Ho avuto fortuna di non ferire nucce anche passo su di esso ogni giorno. Il primo giorno siamo arrivati al loro ristorante alberghiere. Buona cena, ma costosa.Parcheggio AUD20 al giorno. Conveniente per noi.

Special occasion for our wedding anniversary and well looked after by the Hilton Parmelia staff, and it’s always nice to see long time staff and the meet new. While diamond HH, we were upgraded to a beautiful Kings parlor room for the weekend, had an amazing breakfast in our room, and we always find the executive lounge enjoyable as a relaxing place to go and the food offered is often varied. We enjoy the Samuels restaurant and bar food menu, but I do miss the Caesar salad from the pre covid days. It used to be the best. We have stayed at other Perth hotels, including the DT but the Parmelia still comes out tops for us. Thank you for making the weekend so special.

Personale gentile e utile. Camera grande, comoda in generale, tuttavia la zona è molto piccola. La polvere da tavola accanto a letto, ha bisogno di più attenzione per i dettagli dalla sezione di custodia.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Prenotato l'ultimo minuto a causa della mia cancellazione del volo. Hanno una rigenerazione durante il mio soggiorno un po' scomoda. Colazione non inclusa, paga in più. Ho avuto la partenza quando ho fatto check-in, prendo molto tempo per risolvere, aspetta quasi un'ora. La posizione al cuore della CBD, passeggiata di notte per vedere la luce di Natale, e le strutture standard, nessun servizio di lavanderia al momento, per la rigenerazione, chiese al ricevitore e mi ha inviato al servizio di lavanderia vicino.

Probabilmente il miglior hotel in una grande città australiana. Camere incredibili e vista, la miglior piscina all'aperto. Uno spazio di piscina con ristoranti e negozi di classe mondiale proprio fuori dalla CBD
