Hotel in zona Morley West Reserve, Perth

Il personale è entusiasta e amichevole, che è l'hotel economico più economico nella zona commerciale centrale.La distanza a piedi può essere raggiunta in tutti i ristoranti.L'unico aspetto negativo è che l'hotel non ha un parcheggio e non può parcheggiare sul lato della strada, anche se la sicurezza è difficile da garantire durante il giorno, ed è costosa.

La Sebel West Perth ha offerto una scelta di alloggio a buon bilancio durante il mio recente viaggio, che mi ha consentito di rimanere nel cuore della città senza rompere la banca. Il personale di The Sebel West Perth era amichevole ed efficiente. Anche se non troppo lussuoso, il lobby e le aree comuni dell'hotel erano tempestive e ben mantenute. Il processo di check-in era rapido e il personale era facilmente disponibile per affrontare qualsiasi domanda. Le camere, pur essendo di base, erano pulite e avevano tutti gli elementi essenziali per un soggiorno confortevole. Anche se gli mobili non erano più moderni, servivano il loro scopo. Il letto era abbastanza confortevole per un sonno decente dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città. La posizione dell'hotel era senza dubbio il punto di vendita più forte. Situato nel centro della città, ha significato un facile accesso alle attrazioni popolari, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici. Questa comodità mi ha consentito di sfruttare al massimo il mio tempo in città senza spendere molto sul trasporto.

The hotel location is incredible. Centrally located and well connected. The parking in the area is a kitchen costly. The staff and service are average. Staff seemed too stressed out, and while breakfast is just interested in your room number. One day, we were asked about 4 times what our room number was! The reception staff seemed like just doing the job..we asked for ice and were told to pick up from under the stairs. When we reached there there is no way to take the ice. So we went back and asked and were told oh sorry they forgot to give us the ice bucket...no apologies..just that the buckets are in the restaurant. So to end it really incredible location,room decor, staff and service can really improve.

Special occasion for our wedding anniversary and well looked after by the Hilton Parmelia staff, and it’s always nice to see long time staff and the meet new. While diamond HH, we were upgraded to a beautiful Kings parlor room for the weekend, had an amazing breakfast in our room, and we always find the executive lounge enjoyable as a relaxing place to go and the food offered is often varied. We enjoy the Samuels restaurant and bar food menu, but I do miss the Caesar salad from the pre covid days. It used to be the best. We have stayed at other Perth hotels, including the DT but the Parmelia still comes out tops for us. Thank you for making the weekend so special.

Raccomandare con forza questo luogo. Salutato da personale utile che si allontanano dalla loro strada per renderti comodo. Nessuno è troppo difficile per loro. Camere molto pulite con fogli di crisp. Perfettamente cucinato e presentato colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni.

La stanza aveva alcune questioni di manutenzione, come alcune delle luci non funzionanti, telefono non funzionante, socket elettrico libero e il letto di Kingsize scorreva verso il centro. La stanza era pulita e bella e, ovviamente, favolosa vista della città di Perth e del fiume Swan.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at The Colony. Waking up each morning to the sound of nature and a beautiful balcony was nothing short of a dream. The staff was incredibly remarkable! My flight was at 6pm and I was meant to check out by 10am. However, it was stormy outside and a very thoughtful staff member named Melanie reached out to me and allowed me to extend my checkout time. I am returning to Perth in November and I will look nowhere else but to stay at The Colony again!

Il 2° soggiorno nel Wonil Perth dopo un buon primo soggiorno l'anno scorso. Il Wonil Perth non è il vostro standard hotel 4 o 5 stelle (avrebbe meritato 5 stelle, per il resto), ma un posto unico con una bella vibe, ultimamente, ma non meno che grazie ad un'eccellente squadra. Il personale è molto amichevole, con il direttore dell'ufficio di frontiera Khalid Awan, molto cortese e orientato al servizio. La camera è stata bella, la vista dalla balcone, la terrazza, l'ottimo cibo nel ristorante e l'atmosfera accogliente.

AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE BIG4 … LOOK ELSEWHERE Recently, my wife and I stayed at Big4 Perth Midland Tourist Park. This without doubt would have to be the worst Big4 caravan park that I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a few being a Big4 Member. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it is an absolute disgrace to the name of Big4 who would do well to distance themselves from this park. Many of the permanent’s sites, of which there are many, are nothing short of hovels which should be condemned; the ablutions whilst old, really need some proper cleaning and not just a lick and a promise. Hand soap in the ablutions was hit and miss, and garbage bins were continually overflowing and reeked of rotten food (prawns heads, crab shells etc) in the heat. The bins need to be either replaced more often as they become full or moved to a more central area away from sites, and if the permanents must walk a short way to put their rubbish in the bin, then so be it … having them parked outside their vans bringing flies and vermin is unacceptable especially in the heat of summer. Our site had a gutter that was so high that it caught our grey water outlet as we backed in twisting it 90 degrees, but thankfully not breaking the outlet. When we leave, again we expect the high gutter will catch the outlet again and hopefully not break it. Despite the check-in documents saying there is to be no washing of cars and caravans, several times we saw both permanents and campers doing just that … washing their cars etc … no intervention by staff was ever observed telling people to stop this practice. We needed consistent WI-FI as we were selling our house and needed contact both with sales agency and solicitors to facilitate the sale … but the Internet was “spotty and intermittent” every single day of our stay, even in the early hours of the morning when fewer people would be using it. Numerous times a day, I had to reboot my laptop which was extremely disappointing and frustrating when the booster was less than 10 metres from where our caravan was situated. Whilst the staff were fabulous, and accommodating, and the rates competitive, it did not make this stay worth coming back … we will never stay here again. For those looking at staying here, look elsewhere … it is a disgrace!

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Local. Il personale era molto utile e accogliente. Abbiamo pianificato di trascorrere una notte sull'isola di Rottnest prima di entrare per due notti all'hotel, e ci hanno concesso gentilmente di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio un giorno prima. Era un grande favore e rendeva il nostro viaggio molto più conveniente; quando siamo arrivati, il nostro bagaglio era già nella nostra stanza, che era un bel toccamento. La stanza stessa era elegante e moderna. Abbiamo scelto una stanza a angolo, con tre grandi finestre, riempiendo lo spazio con luce naturale. La luce nella stanza era anche ben fatta, creando un piacevole ambiente. Anche se il bagno e il bagno erano condivisi, e c'era un po' di rumore dalla musica del bar, l'esperienza generale era piacevole, questi minori disagio erano stati sovrascontrati dagli aspetti positivi del nostro soggiorno. In generale, penso che l'Hotel Local sia un bel posto per stare.
