May 17th 2024 I booked this resort online by looking at the picture posted all around the internet. When I entered and saw the rooms, it was worst than any slum. Complete dark, lizards cockroaches roaming all round. No AC and when I switched on the fan, I felt it will going to fall on me any time. None of us has dare to stay in that room. We went to saw the swimming pool, and pool looks like a gutter filled with all the filthy things. We spoke to the front desk on this and they accepted online booking team cheat by showing 15yrs old pic. All of us felt this resort is not livable. We asked for refund, but they said there is no refund for online booking. So I left this place with small kids searching for other hotels. I lost Rs 8500, in addition pain of searching other hotels in the blazing sun (puduchery is extremely hot). My suggestion don't book online. Physical see this resort with your own eyes and then decide if you have dare to stay in this resort.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa globale di Le Apex, che è al piano superiore. La stanza era bella! Ha due balconi che forniscono una vista eccellente. Il curatore Aneesh era estremamente utile. Ha aiutato a organizzare noleggi per noi a girare intorno a Pondicherry. Sapere che abbiamo un posto meraviglioso per rimanere alla fine del giorno è stato sollievo nonostante la stanchezza dei viaggi quotidiani.

La camera era buona, grande e pulita, le aree comuni erano buone e pulite anche. Ma non c'erano bagni come gel da doccia, asciugacapelli. Inoltre non c'è ristorante, questo causa disagio quando andiamo sempre fuori o ordinate cibo dall'esterno. Il prezzo che pagano è che tutte le strutture sopra indicate devono essere fornite, altrimenti tutto è stato buono, la posizione è stata fantastica, il personale è stato molto gentile e veloce nel servizio

Room was neat and clean. Hospitality was good. But tv and intercom was not working every time we need to go the ground floor to inform. Parking was messy. Budget friendly. Getting an a/croom in this budget was good. Try to rectify tv and intercom. Thank you.
