Clean, big room but old hotel, amenities complete. This hotel start from 2001 so already 23 year old but evrrything still ok. Swimming pool outside stillclean. Recommended hotel.

The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as “Baik Bu”. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno a Grand Jatra. I bambini amano la piscina e il colazione è sorprendente con tutte le opzioni indonesiane e occidentale disponibili. Il personale è molto gentile, amichevole e felice di aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. Raccomandiamo molto che sia un ottimo luogo per soggiornare a Pekanbaru.

Haven non ha ancora provato il ristorante ma ha sentito grandi recensioni anche su questo. Vorrei molto consigliare di pianificare di rimanere presto.

One of the best hotel in Pekanbaru. Hotel located exactly at the center of Pekanbaru city. We will found good breakfast , room very clean and hospitality staff. The best choise when we go to this town with family for many purpose. i wiil stay back again

La posizione è grande, è nel centro della città, la stanza è pulita, il servizio è buono, il cibo è standard, ha un centro di intrattenimento. è a soli 20 minuti dall'aeroporto, la cena in camera è una risposta piuttosto lenta.

Second time stay @dafam. Everything is good especially the breakfast. I love the omelette so much. The room and the bed ar large.
