Tutto magnificamente perfetto. Il direttore juan persona formidabile in grado di gestire tutto alla perfezione dall'accoglienza degli ospiti all'arrivo a tutta la loro permanenza grazie ad uno staff unico ,competente , professionale, gentile.......etc insomma da regalarti una indimenticabile vacanza nel pieno relax e divertimento. Un grazie in particolare va a Daniel che coordina la sala ristorazione e il suo personale gioioso,professionale molto attento a tutto come Sandra,Soledad,Patrizia, e tutti gli altri non me ne vogliano se non ricordo i nomi di tutti. Grazie anche al cuoco e il suo staff per averci dato la possibilità di degustare dei piatti molto buoni e soprattutto di qualità....Grazie ai ragazzi del bar sempre sorridenti disponibili come ad esempio Sasha,Alberto ma tutti veramente tutti gentili,professionali e sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta anche se a volte improponibile loro con un sorriso cercavano di andare incontro a tutto esaudendo anche la sola richiesta del ghiaggio la sera da portare in camera per bersi qualcosa di più fresco ......Grazie allo staff animazione Angy e company pronte sempre a movimentare le serate che decidevano di rimane in hotel per non parlare poi dell' assortimento dei vari show proposti dall'albergo ed infine della giornata white party iniziata a pranzo con buffet di vario genere con musica dal vivo fenomenali,concludendosi la sera con spettacolo di flamenco con cavallo . Insomma che dire meraviglioso sarebbe solo superlativo........trascorrere una vacanza dove il personale ti fa sentire coccolato,amato e al centro del loro obbiettivo non è da tutti gli hotel.....Quindi concludendo un emerito grazie a tutto lo staff del Valentin reina di peguera per averci regalato una settimana all'insegna del completo relax,divertimento ma sopratutto grazie per averci fatto sentire come a casa......il giorno della partenza ci hanno dato la possibilità visto che partivano in tarda serata di usufruire dei teli mare poi ricambiati tornati dalla spiaggia per una doccia .........è vero , è frequentato da una clientela prevalentemente tedesca ma posso assicurarvi che anche con loro in qualche modo si comunica e si fa amicizia......consiglio vivamente questo hotel sotto tutti i punti di vista.....sicuramente ci ritorneremo ancora

La posizione era strategica, la spiaggia è a due minuti a piedi con la possibilità di lettini a pagamento. La via parallela all’hotel è piena di negozi di ogni tipo e anche supermercati. La pulizia della stanza ottima e fatta velocemente. Anche il cibo era diverso tutti i giorni per ogni gusto e esigenza! Tutto lo staff è disponibile 24/7 e parlano anche italiano. Impossibile trovare un difetto!!!

We know Paguera well from previous holidays but have never stayed in the resort before, we decided to try this hotel as recommended by a good friend, it did not disappoint Traditional rooms spotlessly clean with a good size balcony The restaurant was excellent, sit where you want for breakfast, you were allocated a table for dinner (Same table for the duration of your stay) Also the option to eat outside if you wanted. The food was excellent with a wide and varied selection to choose from. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient The hotel was in a excellent central location a short walk from the main street and also the main beach, there are 2 other beaches in the resort We used the excellent local bus service for trips to Palma, Port Soller, Port Andratx and Santa Ponsa. we also walked to Camp de Mar and Cala Fornells. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and resort

It was very nice. Good Service, Food, best Hotel for us. Clean and very nice. The Pool are big enough to swim. Every Day you have at the Night it give very good and nice Shows. Singers , Akrobatik and Other Shows. The Beach and Boulevar are in the Near. Good to Shopping and Swimming.

The Hotel is in a great location right in the centre of paguera 5 min walk to the beech, the hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and helpful. I did email the hotel before we went to find out if they do gluten free and it was our 45 wedding anniversary and they did return saying congratulations on your Anniversary and there would be a nice surprise in our room well we didn’t get any surprise in the room which is not a problem. The problem was in the restaurant with a lack of gluten free most 4 star hotels they have a section in the morning for gluten free people unfortunately this hotel will only offer you a small roll and a couple of small cakes. And in the evening nothing is marked to say wether it contains gluten or not which is not good also the system they have in place cause’s mayhem they have arrows on the floor but as the hotel is mostly Germans and we all know Germans don’t like queuing it’s a nightmare. This hotel could be a lot better with a few changes there is not enough sun beds I counted around 100 when the hotel is full there could be in excess of 300+ fighting for the beds. Paguera its self is very nice although again is is mostly German most of the cafes and restaurants are catered for Germans. Getting around on the buses is easy make sure you pay by card as a lot cheaper if there is two of you you swipe twice on the way in and twice on the way out. Would I go there again be cause there are so many Germans. Probably no .

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Very pleased. nothing was ever a problem they always smiled and they were always friendly. The clean reception of the restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend this, for a very quiet holiday. I recommend it thoroughly.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff that had good English skills, rooms were clean bright and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with external seating if required. The pool was clean and very refreshing as not heated. The Bar and night time entertainment were well managed and worth attending.

Not what I expected of a 4 star hotel. Kettle supplied but no tea or coffee unless you pay extra. No British tv channels available. Hotel and resort geared towards German tourists. No British style bars or entertainment. Definitely won’t return to the resort or recommend it.

I have given this hotel five stars for several reasons. The main reasons are that it is conveniently situated for the shops, beaches and local amenities, and was spotlessly clean with friendly and welcoming staff. The food and facilities were excellent and evening entertainment was available most nights. When we arrived at the hotel, it became apparent that there were predominantly more German guests staying there. We had read the reviews about the hotel prior to travelling, this fact had been mentioned, so we were not surprised to find this. I have to say, we always felt comfortable and found the majority of people very friendly. We noticed halfway through the way the week that more English people had arrived. On reflection, I would happily return to this hotel, and there are not many hotels I can say this about.
