I had an incredible stay at [Summit Jungle Retreat]. The ambiance, hospitality, and overall experience were beyond expectations. A special mention goes to Mr. Lalit Adhikari (Manager) and Mr. Rana ji (Store Head) for their exceptional cooperation and support throughout our stay☺️🙏... Their warm and attentive service truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful! Very soon I ll visit again.

4 star hotel facility in 3 star price. It is quite budgeted option compare to others and all the facilities are up to the mark whether, staff behavior, amenities, room quality, swimming pool, play area etc. Just location is slightly far from main Lansdowne.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms.Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

What a stay it was l, I must say this property is the best place to stay in Lansdowne. Things that forced me to write this review is their food, rooms, views from the rooms, provate balcony and the hospitality. You can reach to the TIP N TOP view point in max 45 mins.

Nice experience..specially the hotel staff was very helping and caring..the view from the cottage rooms and the cottage room itself were beautiful..food was also very good..one suggestion to put more sign boards on the way to their resort so that people are not confused. Overall good experience..nice to come with family.

There was a constant dampness and smell in the room, the room had cockroaches and spiders. At night since 11pm to 2 am there was no electricity in the room, in the morning also there was power failure issue. The staff was cooperative but the services were not up to the mark. The place is pricey but the quality of things is sub par.

This Summit resort is very average, maybe even a tad lower. Foremost - cleanliness at the property leaves a lot to be desired. We stayed in the ground floor rooms for almost 48 hours and hardly saw any cleaning being done in the common areas, even when it rained a lot! The faux grass carpet in front and behind the rooms was unclean and smelled bad. In fact the entire ground floor area reeked of stale food and filth. Saw garbage thrown right over the fence behind the Pool, in open! The overall maintenance of the property is shabby. I am not a stickler for luxurious rooms and amenities, but basic hygiene and tidiness is non-negotiable I reckon. Swimming Pool is best not commented upon. Food was just basic and unappetising, save the last dinner where we ordered a la-carte. Breakfast spread was so very unimaginative and bland. You can decide if you want to opt for this kind of experience. I really appreciate all the "genuine" 5 Star "great" reviews for this place which have helped me a lot!
