A fabulous location right across the road from the beach. We booked 2 rooms and they both had well equipped kitchens and the rooms were very comfortable. Super comfortable beds and ample fluffy pillows for all! The kids had a fabulous time on the Kayaks that were provided. Excellent friendly staff! Would highly recommend 5* from us. We will be back! The location is superb and we enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed with breakfast. Firstly there was a workman being very noisy near the dining area which stopped once a couple of diners complained. The workman was also on his phone on the balcony interrupting the view. These works shouldn’t have happened in the first place, surely it should have been planned for after breakfast hours. Once the manager came on duty things got better and he took charge of the situation, The standard of food wasn’t particularly great, the baked beans were congealed and generally the breakfast choices weren’t well stocked. One other thing to point out would be the receptionist welcome. I wish she’d mentioned about the early morning trip to the beach to dig holes in the sand with spades so that you can sit in your own little hot spring, which I understand the hotel provide spades for. We found out after we left. It’s a special place and the generic welcome and here’s your key could be improved upon.

Wonderful park, lovely cabin, clean, amenities great, pool really nice, the best reception staff ever: so friendly, patient and helpful. Fish and Chips available on the premises. Location is the best, close to the beach, and short drive everywhere.
