Comfortable, clean hotel, but definitely not a 5-star quality. Room is really small. Buffett breakfast is nothing special with food cold and bland and not being timely restocked. Gym has nice cardio equipment, but completely locking any strength training equipment. Location wise, this hotel is rather far from the beach and all of the activities; taking a car there is in average 30-40 minute drive due to congested roadways.

This is a good accommodation and near the Wong Amart Beach, the reception so kindly and always helpful with a smile 😁 And in front of the hotel have a good restaurant there, but in the morning the housekeeping there work so early and make some noise that make us wake up. However, if this can be improved, this place will be a place worth going back to again.✨👌🏻😍

La stanza è abbastanza nuova. Al momento del check-in la camera non era ancora completa. Quindi lo staff lo ha aggiornato in una stanza più grande. Il che è considerato OK. I dipendenti hanno risolto bene il problema immediato. La posizione è abbastanza buona. È vicino al terminal e vicino al punto panoramico segreto della spiaggia. C'è cibo in vendita di fronte all'hotel, a pochi passi di distanza. Il parcheggio è sufficiente, c'è la piscina, ci sono altre funzioni, lavatrice e asse da stiro. Le condizioni della camera erano ok, ma la colazione non era molto gustosa e la piscina non sembrava molto pulita. Tuttavia, il personale è molto gentile e vorrei dargli un punteggio elevato. Originally I was planning to long stay for more than a month. But then, I had very bad experiences and staffs including the housekeeper do not really follow the Manager instruction during my stay. I decided to check out and find another hotel to stay. It was a nightmare. The Manager is very nice and professional but the staffs especially the housekeeper do not really meet the level of standard. Hotel looks very pretty, but the rooms are old and the air conditioner do not function efficiently. The air cindition blows towards my head in bed. I wonder how it is going to be in the summer time. Some blind spots are dirty and full of dust, especially the air condition. The air condition is not cold enough and sometimes, it stops without cool air out. One can smell the strong cleaning solution or chemicals and santiziers, especially inside your rooms. I have been breathing in all the chemicals they use for the hotel. It is very irritated and made me cough all time. My housekeeper coughs without wearing mask when she is cleaning my room and replacing the new bedsheets on my bed. On my last day stayed at this hotel, my housekeeper replaced all pillows which had been sprayed with air fresher. All my bedsheets and blanket covers are contaminated with their santiziers or cleaning solution. I asked the front desk to exchange me at least 2 pillows without any wired smell. In return, they gave me a pillow with blood stain to me. I was very upset and disappointed. I did not try the swimming pool, but the water looks green and not clear. But the areas around the pools is beauty. Hotel location is not in the center of city and not easy to grab the Baht bus. Wifi signal is not consistently. The new the new hotel has been building and pretty noisy during the days until late nights. There is a 7 eleven close by. Hotel breakfast buffet doesn't have too much variety, almost everyday the same. If one is not irritated by any chemicals and not require to stay close to Pattaya beach, then, you may want to try for short stay if the room price is cheap.

There were plenty of kids around, making it easy for our children to make new friends. The family-friendly vibe was evident everywhere, from the kid-oriented activities to the staff’s attentiveness. Overall We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and quality time together. It truly offered the perfect blend of luxury and fun. We can’t wait to return!

Hotel Review I stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is quite new and very clean. What I liked the most was the breakfast—it was surprisingly grand for a hotel in this price range. One thing that could be improved is the bottled water provided in the room. They offer two small bottles and say refills are available, but the size is too small. It would be better if they provided at least four bottles. Also, the bathroom layout is a bit unusual, as you have to pass through the wet area before reaching the dry section. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel, and I had a pleasant stay.

I miei figli hanno goduto di lunghe scivoli d'acqua, piscina d'onda, zona di gioco d'acqua per bambini, sala da gioco per bambini, sala da gioco. Scegli un colazione e un buffet fantastico, anche menu per bambini! Personale utile, camere pulite, è molto consigliato e torneremo di nuovo!

Abbiamo pagato più di 5000 baht a Songkran per un soggiorno di 1 notte per un totale di 2 camere con 1 letto king size nella prima camera e 2 letti singoli nella seconda camera. Al momento del check-in, ci è stato detto che non ci sono camere con 2 letti singoli, quindi abbiamo pagato 900 baht in più per un letto singolo da mettere nella seconda camera.

It was a good trip. Breakfasts were amazing, with nice pool and water slides. It was easy to get to and service was amazing
