I rented an apartment from Airbnb. The hotel rooms are basically the same as the apartment I rented. Going through the entry door in to a small area of the corridoor where the kitchenette is. This leads in to the lounge area which in turn leads to the bedroom and on to the bathroom. All well layed out and comfortable. Plenty of hot water from the shower and the air con, in the lounge and the bedroom , work well. Good quality towels .Sliding doors seperate the lounge/bedroom/bathroom. Sliding doors to the terrace which, in the two rear tower blocks are large enough for sun loungers, though the terraces do not get the sun, which means the apartments stay fairly cool even when the outside temperature is very high. Lifts take guests to the lower level for the beach, pools and beach restaurant and bar. The beach restaurant food is expensive and not very good. The kitchen is in the main hotel so the food is usually verging on cold by the time it gets to the restaurant. The pool areas are kept clean but the beach area in front of the resort is not cleaned properly, if at all. There are sun loungers available provided free for Modus guests. Beach/pool towels are available free from a kiosk by one of the three pools. (Plus a childrens pool.) At present no other eating areas or bars are open. There is a lot of work planned for the resort, especially around the pool and beach areas so at some stage these areas will be noisy and dirty. (Best to check). The town area starts about 10 to 15 minute walk. Two 7/11's, Family Mart and Big C mart in this area. Good restaurant, with good prices, follow the main road. Just on from there are 2 laundrettes. There are also 2 laundrys run by locals. ( one just before before the town). Plenty of massage 'parlours', they all charge the same prices. Many bars and restaurants are still closed but there are still quite a few to choose from. Follow the raod through the town to the main road in to Na Klua proper where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and a mall ( as everywhere the mall has expensive stores, and food areas. Check around for food there are some good, reasonable price eating places.) Close to the resort there is a shack/stall to buy fruit, water, drinks and grilled items. Turn right instead of left at the top of the road 100 metres from the resort and follow the track which leads to another beach which has restaurant, sun loungers. Also the closest 7/11 mart. Taxis are expensive. From the airport to the resort is minimum 1,800baht. (one way). Return journey 1,000baht. For shortish journeys from or to the resort use a motorbike taxi. Very reasonable prices. This beach is not very long and neither is the one that fronts the Modus Resort. Also, a few metres from the shore the sand turns to mud.Not too much of a problem as drops quite deep quite quickly.

Per me è diventato il più meraviglioso hotel a Pattaya. C'era una settimana di boxe di sabbia. Silenzio, calma, rilassamento completo. Il personale è molto amichevole, pronto a fornire servizi su richiesta iniziale. Pulizia ogni giorno. Il pasto era sul menu, il colazione era portato nella stanza. La quantità di colazione era così, 100 abbastanza per pranzo e cena. Se c'era qualcosa da riscaldare, la ricetta era riscaldata nella microonde senza problemi. Sì - una pandemia, tutto intorno era chiuso, solo Femeli Mart e 7/11 lavorava. Non era un caffè aperto o un ristorante vicino, ma non eravamo assolutamente tensi. Andato a Nakula, qualche posto più avanti - ordinato un taxi. Nessun problema. Ma intorno a questo era un senso di un'isola confortevole, senza abitazioni. La spiaggia nel Giardino Sia Vio è vicina, vuota, accogliente e con bella vista d'acqua. Eravamo a Tai un mese dopo l'hotel, ma i giorni trascorsi qui erano i migliori. Voglio davvero tornare in questo paradiso.

Abbiamo una sola notte all'hotel che era molto bello, rilassante, sembrava pulito e comodo. Ci sono 2 piscine. As. Ci erano puliti e puliti. Quando eravamo lì, non c'erano molte persone. L'unica cosa che mi ha fatto un po' fastidiare è il bagno. E poi troppo lontano, l'acqua è scaduto tutto il tempo dietro il bagno che hai sempre visto bagnato. La posizione dell'hotel è proprio accanto alla spiaggia, il che lo rende molto comodo per qualsiasi famiglia con bambini. Le camere che sono state comunicanti, richieste soprattutto solo un paio di giorni prima del viaggio, ma l'hotel ha acconsentito volentieri. La colazione era abbastanza buona in realtà meglio di alcuni degli hotel che costano più di 70 - 100 USD a notte. Il servizio di check-in e check-out è stato ottimo, non lunghe attese al momento del check-out anche se era una lunga vacanza quando stavo facendo il check-out dall'hotel. La spiaggia non è impressionante per la sua posizione sulla spiaggia, ma è piuttosto privata poiché solo pochi resort hanno l'accesso alla spiaggia. L'unica cosa che vorrei che l'hotel migliorasse sarebbe la piscina, sono piuttosto vecchie e alcune piastrelle rotte che potrebbero essere pericolose per i bambini. A parte questo, direi che è un hotel eccellente con un ottimo servizio. Grazie.

La piscina è un bel posto per rilassarsi e le camere sono tranquille, spaziose, confortevoli e soprattutto con letti confortevoli. La colazione è stata diversa e buona. Oltre al ristorante dell'hotel con cibo consigliabile, ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti piacevoli e preziosi intorno. Vieni a raccomandare l'hotel anche ai nostri amici.

Сомневалась поставить 2* или 3* к отзыву. Начну с плюсов, вежливый персонал, хорошая уборка номера. Каждый день моют пол, заправляют постель, часто меняют полотенца. На кровати для ребёнка из полотенец делали фигурки. Номер просторный, хороший кондиционер, хорошая система вентиляции (сохнет все быстро, нет влажности в номере). Нас заселили в номер с видом на море (вид конечно в соседний дом, но краем глаза видно море), сторона северная и в номере было не жарко, даже особо не включали кондиционер. Номер относительно новый, состояние хорошее, жить приятно. Касаемо дизайна и удобства, не совсем удобно все сделано, но это мелочи, нам там не постоянно жить. Теперь минусы!!! На момент 2й половины декабря работает только 1 маленький корпус. В котором нет тренажёрного зала, в нем маленький бассейн, никакого трансфера в отеле нет. Основной большой корпус (откуда много фотографий и красивый бассейн) он закрыт! Ещё один неприятный сюрприз при заселении, что завтрак был американский, хотя бронировали обычный. Персонал отеля сначала говорили, что в ресторане ремонт (но ремонта не было), потом другая смена сказала, что завтрак будет в ресторане если будет больше людей. Т.е. мы заселились когда в отеле было людей мало и первые дни нам завтрак приносили в номер. На выбор было 2 сета: 1. яйца/омлет, к ним сосика и хлеб, кофе/чай, сок, тарелочка фруктов ( по 2 маленьких кусочка арбуза, гуавы, папаи). 2. Суп рис курица, либо жареный рис курица/свинина, кофе/чай, сок и также фрукты. Рис был ужасный будто его готовили 1 раз на всю неделю, к пятнице он был уже старый. Завтрак не меняется, только вот 2 сета на выбор на каждый день!!! Сказать что мы были разочарованы, ничего не сказать. Но к нашему счастью через несколько дней ближе к новому году люди стали приезжать и на завтрак открыли ресторан. Выбор блюд маленький. Хлопья, молоко, сок, хлеб, джем, масло, суп рисовый, сосиски, ветчина, жареные овощи, какое-либо мясо с овощами, жареная разная лапша, рис жареный и рис простой. Также делают суп с лапшой. 3 вида фруктов. Завтрак на 4 звезды отеля не тянет как и сервис. Своей территории у отеля нет. Вышел и сразу на дороге. Единственное что скрасило минусы, что можно ходить на территорию отелей zign, garden sea view. Там и территория и бассейны нормальные. Зная что будет закрыт корпус большой где все удобства, и что будут давать такие завтраки в номер, не поехали бы в этот отель. Район тихий спокойный, рядом много кафе где дёшево покушать, 7eleven, mini big c. До тук тука идти минут 5 пешком.

Отвратительный отель ,от слова ”совсем”!!! Мало того, что на всех эппл картах он значится, как ”закрытый навсегда”, он еще и выглядит точно также. Все вывески отеля накрыты тряпками (скрываются что-ли от кого-то). Грязь лежит на полу, стенах, шкафах, полках, тумбах просто вековая. Первый раз в жизни я сама лично прибиралась в номере, потому что было просто противно класть свои вещи в тумбы и шкаф. Хотели съехать с этого отеля, но так как отдыхали в новогодние праздники - просто тупо не было мест в соседних отелях и были вынуждены остаться здесь (мы отдыхали там 24 дня). Понятие о чистоте вообще на прочь отсутствует. Просили много раз прибрать в номере -бесполезно. Есть спортзал - но такой грязный, просили прибраться там три раза - бесполезно. Нас проживало трое человек, весь месяц нам клали всего два полотенца. Много раз говорили что нас трое - бесполезно, забирают три полотенца - возвращают два. Возле отеля все время дежурит свора собак, не особо конечно агрессивные, но они постоянно лежали на креслах и столах возле отеля (хотя на этих местах должны отдыхать гости, а не собаки). Есть бассейн, но в нем торчат провода оголенные, обесточенные конечно, но все равно мало приятного. Завтраки были сытные, но однообразные в течении всего месяца и острые!!!.До пляжа далеко, минут 25-30 ходьбы. Трансфера до пляжа нет. Пытались несколько раз заказать ланч-боксы, так как рано утром уезжали на экскурсию. Говорили на ресепшен - отвечали ”окей, окей”. На утро на ресепшен ни души, соответственно и ланч-боксов тоже. Кухня есть, но на ней не готовят -вся еда приезжает откуда то на драном тук-туке. Хотели разогреть еду - микроволновка есть, но не работает. Хотели попросить нож (нарезать фрукты) - ножа нет. Вообщем ничего нет для более менее комфортного пребывания. Старались в отель приходить только ночевать. Но все та же свора собак часто нам не давала уснуть. Расписания завтраков нет, как проснутся тайцы, тогда и будет завтрак. Как- то пришли около 8.30 - а там конь не валялся -никого нет, еды нет, посуды нет (((. Кто хочет отдохнуть без комфорта, но дешево - то вам сюда, кто более менее жаждет комфорта, то обходите этот отель стороной!!!

Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

La stanza è a posto.La stanza è spaziosa, proprio a destra, letto morbido, aria fredda, bagno viene a un tubo di immersione, acqua calda buona a Kong, c'è un frigorifero.Ma nessuna caldaia Servizio buono Parcheggio vicino a Seven, camminare a circa 200 m. L'unico svantaggio è di viaggiare in/ fuori la strada principale senza usare auto private sarà molto difficile perché è in strada circa 1 km profondo camminare è lontano.

La cosa che amo più di questo piccolo hotel è la sala di accoglienza. Un vento costante dal mare, assicuratevi sempre che la stanza sia fresca, accogliente e accogliente. La materassi era sul lato duro, la coperta sul lato morbido, ma ho dormito bene. Durante il mio soggiorno la piscina era chiusa a causa delle regole pandemiche mi hanno detto. 300 bagni per il deposito chiave sono stati chiesti al mio check-in. Il personale è bello e accogliente, attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. In tutto una giusta esperienza per il prezzo.
