One of the nicer triple rooms I have found. Very quiet, nice view, breakfast ok, friendly staff.

Hotel staff is rude , unresponsive and non cooperative. When ask for any help the hotel staff specially the front desk will deny it without understanding on what is required.

We loved the Hermann hotel. We stay for a week February 19th - 27th. The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful. I had a little trip and fall outside the hotel while walking on the sidewalks. Not on their property. But the hotel provided us with a first aid kit, they got ice for us and were always checking up on us to make sure we were OK. We hated to leave. Only issue was the elevators weren't air-conditioned. I think the are remedying that issue. The beds were very comfortable. We'll definitely stay there again. Great price through Trip.com. free Breakfast, wifi and parking.

The view was indeed pleasant, with even better sights available from the swimming area. However, it's worth noting that there might be some bird droppings around the pool. On the upside, the location is convenient - within walking distance to food spots, the beach, and ATMs. The reception floor offers a lovely view, and the staff were accommodating. The TV in the room, while functional, is a bit dated and lacks modern features like playing YouTube. On the whole, the room itself was quite good.

We faced water leakage issue other thn this room service was not available. We are asked to step out for water at 3 am just because of staff shortage

Very good hotel and the stuff is kind 

Near to the beach nice place and clear

lobby very roomy but the room are not that well, the prices next to hardrock, but this is not really a four star hotel. room are tiny and quiet. (15/F) sea view room are not really facing pattaya beach, its half city half sea view. laundry are very expensive 2kg around 600B breakfast with no comments, we skip the breakfast and go out for food( with 4400B a night we having high expectations of the breakfast but we disappointed)

Good location and has sea view

Very impressed with this building and design. The beds are very hard and mattress toppers are paper thin. Elevator is very hot inside with no fan and one of the slower elevators I have been in, sweaty ride. Reception staff don’t care enough about the customers. I feel they need better training and attitude towards customers requests and needs. With this adjustment I feel this hotel would be a great place to stay. 160 baht for a beer or 500 baht fee to bring your own drinks to the pool. Decent pool and sea views.
