travel here frequently and always my first choice to stay now, reasons are cost, location

ブアカオの老舗。
併設？のレンタルバイク屋さんはざっくりな感じで細かくない。気軽にバイクを借りることができる。
周辺にはビーチ以外何でもある。
どこに行くにも徒歩で足りる。
ホテルのゲストは白人の年配者ばかり。皆さん穏やかで騒いだりはない。各々が自分なりの滞在を楽しんでいる。
ホテルスタッフは適度な距離感を保って接してくれる。好印象。
部屋は広い。エアコンは問題なし。冷蔵庫は大きい。シャワー、トイレも必要充分。バルコニーでは喫煙可。洗濯物も干せる。セーフティボックスは部屋にはない。レセプションの裏にあり24時以降は開ける事ができないらしい。
早朝にはホテル前にたくさんの屋台が並ぶ。朝ごはんには不自由しない。
一人旅にはちょうどいいホテル。次回はもう少し長くステイしてみたい。

Sutus court 1 is voor ons thuiskomen.
De ligging, service, vriendelijkheid van het personeel , veiligheid. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, de Jacuzzi en het zwembad maken het voor ons een heel fijn vakantieverblijf. In de levendige omgeving veel eetgelegenheden en massagesalons.

I have used this hotel a lot over many years, mainly because of the location and the price. Close to Tree Town, Soi Diana, and a 10-15 minute walk to Beach Road.
Has not changed a lot over the years but remains worth the price. Just remember you get what you pay for.
The mattress was a bit of a challenge. There was a kettle and cups in the room which I don't recall being there last year. Fridge was clean. Large batchroom (shower only). Cleaners were very good, supplying toliet tissue and two bottles of water a day.
I was facing Soi Buakhao so it could be noisy until 4am but not so much as to annoy me.
Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Could not ask for more.
Overall, even though it is looking tired, great hotel for the price and location.
