優點：
房間比想象的大，也蠻乾淨的，陽台外面就是樹，所以進房間視覺體驗不錯；
地理位置不錯，走路可能兩三分鐘就能到海邊的路上，走路10分鐘左右可以到terminal21；
房間空調很涼快，26度1擋風都覺得冷的程度；
房間有微波爐和冰箱，需要用的話應該會比較方便；
辦理入住衹看了酒店確認單，很快速地辦理好了入住；
床邊充電口很多，兩邊各有兩個，很方便
缺點：
沒有電梯，如果行李多的話會不方便；
房間門還是使用鑰匙，而且是球形鎖那種，關門也衹能從內部鎖上再關門，雖然房間內還有一個鏈子可以鎖上，但安全性存疑；
酒店沒有提供拖鞋，這點泰國大部分這個價位的可能都這樣，因為泰國人自己進門也不穿拖鞋，但連洗髮水沐浴露也不提供的，還是第一次遇到；牙具也全都沒有提供，需要自己準備；
房間的電視高糊，遙控也有些按鍵失靈；
燒水壺是壞的，那天潑完水回酒店想泡點熱的，一燒水，完全沒反應，當下真的無語；
垃圾桶衹有冰箱旁那一個，洗手間裏沒有

Просторные и чистые комнаты со стандартным набором удобств (в некоторых комнатах даже есть микроволновка), хорошее расположение (торговый центр, супермаркеты, кафе, пляж с красивыми закатами), приветливый персонал.
