La nostra camera è un po' piccola per una famiglia di 4 persone. I nostri bambini non possono giocare a nascondino. Tuttavia, hanno una vasca da bagno preferita. Lo schermo televisivo è un po' confuso. L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino alla spiaggia di Jomtien e a un 7-Eleven (minimarket di fronte). Al mattino, c'è un mercato del pesce locale sulla spiaggia che io e i miei figli ci piace visitare.

Posizione incredibile 😉😉 Camera enorme e molto pulita? Gentile servizio del personale! lo apprezziamo davvero. Sicuramente torneremo di nuovo in questo hotel! Io e il mio ragazzo decideremo di scegliere questo hotel per la nostra cerimonia di matrimonio e la nostra festa notturna 🥳🥳 Grazie bel servizio 😍😍

Ho prenotato 2 notti di camera con vista mare, ma quando effettuo il check-in ottengo questo tipo di vista (vedi una foto della vista sotto), dopo una chiedo la cancellazione, ci cambiano una camera con vista sulla piscina.

L'hotel è lontano da buoni posti e bar, devi guidare. Il servizio è pessimo, non ci sono ciabatte, niente accappatoi, devi anche chiedere gli spazzolini da denti, e non li cambiano, visto che hanno distribuito usa e getta, e non hanno cambiato tutto in 3 giorni. Non puoi nemmeno lavarti bene la testa, due lattine di sapone, non c'è uno shampoo separato. Essendo una ragazza con i capelli lunghi, è molto difficile per me, anche l'asciugatura è un grosso problema. Asciugacapelli 2 min funzionante, 10 min no. La piscina è sempre all'ombra, fredda. Non ci sono nemmeno casseforti nella stanza. Il balcone è molto piccolo, nemmeno una sedia. La descrizione del viaggio non corrisponde alla realtà in base all'attrezzatura nella stanza. Dal bar 2 bustine di Nescafè e un frigo che perde. Non lo consiglio affatto. Siamo stati 3 giorni e siamo molto contenti di esserci trasferiti in un altro hotel.

- Good location, right across the beach with 7-11, massages, plenty of food places nearby. - The service from the staff were good. They were nice and respectful. No issue arise in particular during the stay. - The hotel itself has 10 floors. I was a bit disapointed that the corner room we got is on the 5th floor (S building), as the view is partially obstructed by another building and a big antenna. Only if we got just 1 floor higher it would've been perfect (I did request for a higher floor upon booking, but duly noted that it is not guaranteed..) - It is to note that there are 2 seperate bathroom section (i) comes with rain shower+ sink; (ii) comes with a bathtub, toilet, and a smaller sink. Both bathroom doors are "glass door" that you cannot lock, so it might be uncomfortable for some people to use the toilet.. - Breakfast was good, decent variety. The staff were also accommodative+nice. There's an 'egg station' that only offers fried egg (they don't offer omelette, scrambled eggs or anything else - not a big issue but i think it's worth pointing out) - I did try to call Reception/Food&Bev a few times around 8PM during one night, wanted to check if they have room service (wanted to check the menu and price), but I didn't get any response after 3-4 calls.. If someone were to pick up and say it has passed last-order time or they don't offer, it would've been ok, but was weird to not get any response in the call at all given they do have 24-hour reception and it wad only 8PM - It took awhile to cool down the room after turning on the AC Overall, it was definitely a decent stay and no major issue to complain in particular. Though I do want to point out some parts that could be improved.

The location Is good because it is in front of the beach. We booked a sea view room which is beautiful and enjoyed it alot. Near by bar and restaurant, staff is nice

The hotel stay was disappointing due to poor service, language comprehension issues, unfriendly staff, a sticky room floor, numerous flies in the room, a prolonged wait for an iron and ironing board despite four calls, and the absence of shuttle services. Not recommended.

They made us wait for 1 hour to check in. Kept saying it's being cleaned. Second day house cleaning was bad, they didn't renew slippers and there was no robe. Called reception for new slippers and robe. Apparently they don't renew bed sheets during your stay. Ocean view was great. Food was normal. Pool was good. Only 2 people at reception can speak english. Other people including barman didn't understand a thing.

Fantastic experience to stay in this hotel! Valuable for money that I paid! Gorgeous beach and ocean! Very convenient and great location! Highly recommend for all to try!

Nice hotel, but bloody noisy. Besides loud music all night, you got traffic in the day time and parking assistant blowing the whistle early in the morning. It was hard to sleep. And not much sun by the pool. But nice pool it was.

Location is good but parking area is not sufficient during long holidays. Bed is comfortable. Bathing area needs to improve because there is no shower curtain.

Nice and peacefull place in Pattaya
