Bay Beach Resort

Our room is a little small for a family of 4. Our children cannot play hide and seek. They do, however, have a favorite bathtub. The television screen is a little fuzzy. The hotel is conveniently located near Jomtien Beach and a 7-Eleven (convenience store at front). In the morning, there is a local fish market at the beach that my kids and I enjoy visiting.

I booked 2 night of sea view room, but when I check in I get this type of view ( see a photo of view below), after one I ask for cancel, they’re change a pool view room for us.

Гостиница находится далеко от хороших мест и баров, нужно ехать. Сервис плохой, нет ни тапочек, ни халатов, даже зубные щетки нужно просить, и то их не меняют, раз одноразовые выдали, и все за 3 дня ни разу не поменяли. Даже голову нормально не помоешь, две банки с мылом, отдельно шампуня нет. Мне как девушке с длинными волосами очень сложно, даже высушить большая проблема. Фен 2 мин работает, 10 мин нет. Бассейн всегда в тени, холодный. Сейфов в номере тоже нет. Балкон очень маленький, даже стул не поставить. Описание в трипе не соответствует реальности по комплектации в номере. Из бара 2 пакетика нескафе, и холодильник, который течет. Вообще не рекомендую. Мы пробыли 3 дня, и очень рады, что сьехали в другую гостиницу.

- Good location, right across the beach with 7-11, massages, plenty of food places nearby. - The service from the staff were good. They were nice and respectful. No issue arise in particular during the stay. - The hotel itself has 10 floors. I was a bit disapointed that the corner room we got is on the 5th floor (S building), as the view is partially obstructed by another building and a big antenna. Only if we got just 1 floor higher it would've been perfect (I did request for a higher floor upon booking, but duly noted that it is not guaranteed..) - It is to note that there are 2 seperate bathroom section (i) comes with rain shower+ sink; (ii) comes with a bathtub, toilet, and a smaller sink. Both bathroom doors are "glass door" that you cannot lock, so it might be uncomfortable for some people to use the toilet.. - Breakfast was good, decent variety. The staff were also accommodative+nice. There's an 'egg station' that only offers fried egg (they don't offer omelette, scrambled eggs or anything else - not a big issue but i think it's worth pointing out) - I did try to call Reception/Food&Bev a few times around 8PM during one night, wanted to check if they have room service (wanted to check the menu and price), but I didn't get any response after 3-4 calls.. If someone were to pick up and say it has passed last-order time or they don't offer, it would've been ok, but was weird to not get any response in the call at all given they do have 24-hour reception and it wad only 8PM - It took awhile to cool down the room after turning on the AC Overall, it was definitely a decent stay and no major issue to complain in particular. Though I do want to point out some parts that could be improved.

The location Is good because it is in front of the beach. We booked a sea view room which is beautiful and enjoyed it alot. Near by bar and restaurant, staff is nice

The hotel stay was disappointing due to poor service, language comprehension issues, unfriendly staff, a sticky room floor, numerous flies in the room, a prolonged wait for an iron and ironing board despite four calls, and the absence of shuttle services. Not recommended.

Great location right in front of the beach with 7/11 and restaurants nearby. Nice pool as well!

They made us wait for 1 hour to check in. Kept saying it's being cleaned. Second day house cleaning was bad, they didn't renew slippers and there was no robe. Called reception for new slippers and robe. Apparently they don't renew bed sheets during your stay. Ocean view was great. Food was normal. Pool was good. Only 2 people at reception can speak english. Other people including barman didn't understand a thing.
