Additionally, no-smoking signage is prominently displayed in the rooms to ensure awareness of this policy.The smoking penalty charge is necessary to maintain a fresh, clean, and comfortable environment for all our guests. Strong odors from smoking, including substances such as ********* and durian, require extensive deep cleaning and may render the room unavailable for the next guest. We also take into consideration that some guests may have sensitivities or allergies to these strong odors, which could impact their stay.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our hotel policies, which help us ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.
