Navana Nature Escape

The staffs are great and helpful, nice atmosphere and decoration. However, I didn’t expect that the AC would not work at midnight (Sea View Villas), and we can’t sleep. So we called the front desk, then they send technician but he can’t fix it. The front desk told us to move to the new room and the room’s price was cheaper but ‘we would talk about that in the morning.’ (that what they said at that time) After we moved to the new room which was garden view villa, the AC was working. They all apologized. In the morning, the manager offered us a voucher 50% for the next booking and that’s all we got. I believe that all staffs tried to work hard but the maintenance was awful🥴, we didn’t impressed and very disappointed for this situation and the solution. *Not worth it comparing to the price that you spent, you better choose any other hotels.** There are varies better options to offer us to satisfy with this stay, but still not. They didn’t do the best. Hope your hotel doing better job please because the hotel design, complimentary, food and location are pretty cool.

All over was just okay. The concept is very good but the details of each points are not impressed. Only 1 thing we love from this hotel is breakfast! Absolutely fantastic breakfast. And if hotel could provide better amenities that are more detailed, it would be perfect!

Good breakfast !!! i love shrimp in TOM YUM GOONG. Nice view , privacy and cleanness. I hope recommend my friend and we need to come again soon.

very quiet, good for holiday

The best breakfast ever! Recommended!!

This stay was my second stay at this place my first stay was fine and may be it was a short stay for a night.However,the recent one I had booked was my two nights stayed.I just need to bring some points to improve especially Housekeeping service,I had cob web by the electric breaker box -the reason I had seen it due to my last day at night the TV unit was not worked, did look by electric breaker box then I saw cob web there and once I had looked over by the back of the TV then lot of dust all over the TV.So, I had decided to go to bed then no need to watch TV. Amenities in room were not completely set up such as shampoo,bath gel and body lotion -upon my arrival those were set up by wash basin but only one shampoo was given in shower cabin. Breakfast was nice and valuable even though they were the same menu but taste was good with varieties of Thai food and International food. Spa was cozy and nice my wife and her friend had used this service during stay. Nice Welcome fruits plate upon arrival and in-room tea and coffee set up as usual Happy hours by the pool was nice but staff should walk around and sell beverages during the day and happy hours.
