Very good service from all the staff who are helpful and courteous , good breakfast variety , beautiful place , we stayed in the pool access suite , with the free admission to the club lounge area where afternoon tea/ drinks are complimentary. The spa is good too, the therapist is very professional and did the acupressure point soo accurately. It was like a therapeutic massage . We will be sure to come again next time .

設施有些老舊，客人少，沙灘風景很不錯衹有一個泳池，有一對美國老年夫婦從早上湯倒在海灘邊的椅子上曬一身的橫肉，他們在的一大半泳池以及周圍不允許別人在邊上活動，態度十分蠻橫霸道，不讓我們在海灘邊上擺造型拍照。雖然為了海邊的肚皮舞造型拍照還有三分鐘就能完成和那對美國老年夫妻好聲商量，他們卻十分蠻橫喊來了服務員一直驅逐的語氣趕我們走。確實很令人費解。一直到了最後皇家連鎖的集團總經理過來致歉打招呼但是最終給我的印象卻很糟糕。

Tutto è buono. E' un viaggio di compleanno per mio marito e l'hotel ha decorato la stanza e ci ha dato un complimentare torta n frutta. L'unica denuncia è che l'hotel aveva una rigorosa regola di check-in alle 3:00. Anche quando eravamo al conto alla 2.50pm, ci hanno dato un buono per bere e ci hanno fatto tornare a raccogliere la chiave alla 3pm 🤷♀️

Fantastic hotel in every regard. All rooms,(including mine), are approx 50 metres from the actual sea, giving great view of sea/Koh Larn. The hotel is on Cozy Beach which is quiet/clean/safe, far better than Pattaya beach or JomTien. The hotel is quiet and very clean. Location great for me, but is approx 2.5km from walking Street etc, so if closeness to nightlife is more important to you than peace and quiet, then this is not the hotel for you. Immaculate room/staff/pools

La mia famiglia e gli amici hanno visitato Pattaya nel dicembre 2019 e hanno avuto un buon soggiorno in hotel. Purtroppo, Covid è arrivato e non siamo riusciti a viaggiare fino a quest'anno. E la nostra prima scelta era ancora questo hotel e ci hanno goduto molto Noi ci piace molto nuotare e siamo stati eccitati di vedere la nuova piscina, Infini, meravigliosa! Tuttavia, ci dispiace trovare Rossi & Caprice vicino. La maggior parte dei nostri ringraziamenti sono a favore di tutti i membri del personale gentile, amichevole, sostenibile e utile, soprattutto quelli che lavorano al centro receptionale del Grand Hotel & Beach Hotel e della squadra del ristorante Panorama & Chamu.

This is a lovely place to stay in Pratumnak. It’s very close to the beach. There is this lovely chocolate factory, which is a must to visit. Try going for the sunset. Now I would like to clarify something which none of the hotel sites nor their own website mentions it, not sure why though. This is not a hotel neither a service residence/apartment. These are apartments which are for sale, the ones which are not sold, the company is listing it for guests to book just like a hotel room. We had booked a 2-bedroom sea view apartment. When one reads apartment, one imagines it has all the necessary things which you will get in an apartment. This is where I need to make it very clear, this is not a serviced apartment/residence as the property does not allow any cooking at all. The property has disconnected the hotplate. All you get is cutlery, microwave and a kettle that's it. There is no toaster too. If you are okay not able to cook, this is a lovely place with a gorgeous view of the sea. No washer/dryer in the 2-bedroom sea view room. I did find the bedroom relatively small especially moving in and out of the bed. We had a Jacuzzi in the balcony which was lovely after a long day in the sun. The furnishing was top notch I must say. Very luxurious and well decorated living room/dining room. Service and staff were amazing. I would like to thank one of the staff in particular, Ms June who was very gracious and kind. There was one lady (next to Ms June) who refused to provide her name. Her brashness and the way she spoke was unacceptable. The afternoon/evening shift staff, there was this one gentleman who spoke rudely with my father and brother. When Thailand is best known for its kindness & hospitality, I would request the management to get them trained. So, if you are looking for a place to cook, this is not the place, yes there are several restaurants nearby or order food through Grab. If you don't mind the cooking part, the 2 bedrooms with a sea view was great. I loved doing my morning 5 am exercises in the balcony. We did go to the pool during our stay. What a view it was. There is also a Sauna room. Overall, I would rate my stay at 8/10, I just did not appreciate how the lady & gentleman spoke to us. Unable to cook as my father has special dietary requirements and WIFI does not reach the master bedroom. These are my reasons as why I rated it 8/10 Once again, a big thank you to Ms June for her amazing kind-heartedness and politeness. We did get a check-in around 11am after a very long flight from London to Bangkok. After our 4 days stay at the Elysium Pratumnak, we stayed for 3 nights at the Somerset Pattaya. What a pretty stay we had. Oh, we could cook.

Before booking at Balihai please know the photos are NOT representative of the REAL hotel and you may occur many problems. In all my years of international travel I’ve never experienced confrontational and argumentative staff like at Balihai Bay. At checkin staff wasn’t welcoming with kindness. Khun Nee didn’t ask us questions before telling us to pay for breakfast. Asking her to read the conformation I presented ( paid already) she had no patience and was unprofessional. After checkin the room was nothing like the photos. The twin beds were NOT twin but little single beds (size for 1 child) When I kindly brought this issue to Khun Mei she said “ we changed the room beds”. But I paid for the room on the website, not this! Poor excuse for the false advertising. Rather than trying to resolve the problem together she became argumentative, unprofessional and didn’t offer a solution. I offered the solution of moving to a different room. When checking into new room there was a lack of towels. The housekeeping wasn’t complete. I didn’t bring this to staff’s attention after a difficult check in. Upon checkout the staff didn’t ask questions about the towels but rather accused me of stealing towels. I had another argument with the staff and housekeeping. We learned housekeeping wasn’t finished before we checked in and they simply forgot. But I was accused of stealing and housekeeping wanted money for a bath mat, Which was never in the room in the first place. But the staff never asked about the towels but rather accused. Before booking know the style of the hotel is to argue they are right and you are wrong when a problem arrises. This happened 3 times. All 3 times they were at fault and refused to talk nicely and ask questions and work together to resolve issue. No manager came to help resolve these issues. On a positive note, breakfast was great as was restaurant staff. Bell Boy Khun Dave was fantastic with helping many ways and very kind. He’s the BEST employee!

Fantastic !! The view of the pool and the sea from the room makes the stay worth the price. Beautiful place with eateries dotted around the place. Picture Perfect. Surreal in the evenings ! Nice decor and a perfect place to destress ! The staff is well trained and courteous, particularly the people working in restaurants. The breakfast is real good with a lot of variation. The food in the restaurants are also tasty. The only limitation is that they do not have wifi connectivity from room which makes life a little difficult in the modern times !! Overall, we enjoyed stating at this property and should we return to Pattaya, this would be our default choice. The rooms would need a bit of renovation , that’s why I reserved one star !

Pros: Serene and tranquil resort surrounded by lots of greenery. Spacious rooms with balcony. Extremely comfortable Twin Beds with firm mattress & pillows that provided amazing back support! 3 awesome tennis courts to play at, however some reconstruction on the court surface is needed. Beautiful pool to relax and enjoy. Cons: No one attended to us when we arrived at the resort. Had to carry our own luggages into hotel lobby and approach the concierge for check in. Unhelpful and uncaring reception. Fittings and fixtures in the room and bathroom needs to be fixed or upgraded. Should install electric sockets and USB/Type-C charging stations beside the bed. Housekeeping requires better improvement

Veramente felice con Top e Boss per essere sempre utile con tutte le mie domande. Anche il campanello è super bello e utile. L'hotel è molto nuovo e la camera (Elite Suite) è davvero spaziosa e confortevole. Solo hiccup è che la descrizione della suite Elite di CTrip dice King Bed o 2 Beds single e volevo 2 Beds single, ma al check-in mi è stato detto che la stanza può ospitare solo un Bed King. Ma ci sono offerte disturbi extra che sono abbastanza buoni per il nostro soggiorno. L'ubicazione è l'unico posto in basso per questo hotel. È su una collina e non è possibile camminare per le principali attrazioni - l'unica cosa vicino o appena oltre l'hotel è una piccola spiaggia e pochi ristoranti, bar e ristoranti. Viaggiare con Grab o taxi sono molto conveniente a Pattaya.
