Ibis Bangkok Impact

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. Located in Impact Area, so convenient with the transportation between those buildings there by walk ing or taking a bike taxi The service was perfect. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The room was well-cleaned. And breakfast was so nice! Worth staying (Ps. The shower area is quite small, but there was no problem for me)

Its hotel is near to impact arena and thunder dome. If you have concert , can consider Ibis Impact . It’s just a walking distance. There is a band on Sat.

Staying three nights at Ibis Bangkok IMPACT was a comfortable and convenient experience. The room was modern, clean, and adequately sized for a short stay, with amenities like a comfortable bed, a functional workspace, and a clean bathroom with a good shower. The staff at Ibis Bangkok IMPACT were friendly and efficient, providing quick check-in and assistance throughout my stay. They were knowledgeable about the local area and could recommend nearby dining options and transportation options. The hotel's dining options were decent, with a buffet breakfast offering a variety of dishes including local Thai favorites and international cuisine. The bar area was cozy and a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring or attending events. While the hotel primarily caters to business travelers and those attending events at IMPACT, it also serves tourists looking for a comfortable base outside the city center. The nearby shopping malls and restaurants within the complex provide additional convenience. Overall, Ibis Bangkok IMPACT is a solid choice for its location, comfortable accommodations, and efficient service, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers visiting Bangkok.

I always stay here for the night after a concert. The location is perfect, there're sky walkway that yoyu can walk from the exhibition hall. Breakfats selection is decent, and there's a restaurant near lobby area that still open until late night after concert finish. Car park is free for guess. Highly recommended for those who will attend events in Impact area/exhibition.

this hotel is 10 minutes walk to Impact Arena by the bridge connected to the hotel. very convenient if you attend any concert at Impact area. the check in was fast. they cleaned our room daily except for the day before we check out so idk why. close to Cosmo so going to eateries is easy too. will def stay here again in the future. tq.

The staffs are all very friendly. Breakfast is the usual variety. The linkway from hotel to exhibition hall (linking to impact arena) opens from 6am to 12midnight. It is about 10-15 mins walk but is sheltered. However, the linkway at the exhibition hall opens from 6am to 11pm. To those who missed the 11pm, would probably need to walk from outdoors (?). I went back at around 10pm latest so not sure about this. Toothbrush and toothpaste is based on request. They provide 3-in-1 shampoo & body wash & conditioner. For the price and convenience, ibis is comfortable for those going to impact arena for concerts.

Location next to impact arena, perfect for concert short stay.

Very good location if you're going for concerts/events at Impact Arena or Thunderdome. There is a connecting skywalk bridge at level 2 from the hotel to the concert venues. It even bypasses Novotel so it's easy to access the eateries around Impact Arena. Downside is that it's far from the central city area so it's gonna take time and costs more if you also aim to travel around Bangkok. Hotel staff is super friendly and nice though. They even decorate the wall behind the lobby counter for each concert event that happens at Thunderdome/Impact. Really sweet! Rooms can be pretty cold though so do check the temperature and fan speed if you're sensitive. But overall room was clean and stay was good. Worth the budget 😊
