"The hotel is well located, mostly business stays, we stayed for one night as a couple for our anniversary, and to stay near to a restaurant to celebrate. The price in.Trip.com was an absolute bargain, and it comes with Breakfast Included, decent food. We booked the standard Room but upgraded to a Superior Room to have a view of the city, only 10 USD."

"Exchange Regency: poor front desk comm with security. food deliver is to be picked up at basement 1 which is hot. electricity for hot water is per visitor's request. image on advertisement is not true vs. actual room. Coffee table for two is missing. toilet layout very poor. door does not open fully. desk lamp on desk missing. No considwration for senior guests."

"Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC."

"Questo hotel è vicino a tutto, a pochi passi dalla Robinsons Galeria e da alcuni uffici nelle vicinanze. La camera è un po' piccola ma è giusta per il suo prezzo. Solo qualche difficoltà nel contattare l'hotel poiché il loro numero di contatto è la linea CS generale"

"La posizione è buona.Il servizio è buono. La pulizia è grande. Non mi piace il letto. Penso sia vecchio. Il tavolo di testa fa un suono strano, (rilassato). Non ne ho un buon sonno bcoz. E la parte cattiva è che non hanno un picchiatore di capelli.😓 Inoltre, pls include un cavo nelle tue toilette. 🤞 Anche l'hotel 3 stelle ha un ragazzo di cazzo. E per il bagno non è pronto all'interno della stanza, dovete chiederglielo. Se sapeste che qualcuno che usi quella stanza per quel giorno, tutti dovreste preparare tutto all'interno della stanza prima di lasciarci entrare. Non è così speciale per il colazione, è solo normale. Non vale la pena spendere 980 per persona. (Non raccomandato) Ripara le persone a letto."

"The place is nice, a touch of modern architecture. Inclides complimentary access to their Spa. Breakfast buffet is okay; selection of food is okay and taste is okay. Went down to the buffet at 8:30, food servings were almost depleted but they did not replenish them anymore"
