"Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti a Red Planet Ortigas e ciò che ci piaceva più è stato la sua posizione, che è nel cuore di Ortigas, rendendolo molto conveniente per affari e divertimento. Le grandi uffici, i centri come SM Megamall e The Podium, e molte opzioni di cena sono tutte a pochi passi o a pochi passi. "The hotel is well located, mostly business stays, we stayed for one night as a couple for our anniversary, and to stay near to a restaurant to celebrate. The price in.Trip.com was an absolute bargain, and it comes with Breakfast Included, decent food. We booked the standard Room but upgraded to a Superior Room to have a view of the city, only 10 USD."

"Exchange Regency: poor front desk comm with security. food deliver is to be picked up at basement 1 which is hot. electricity for hot water is per visitor's request. image on advertisement is not true vs. actual room. Coffee table for two is missing. toilet layout very poor. door does not open fully. desk lamp on desk missing. No considwration for senior guests."

"Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC."
