"Questo è un hotel «amore». Anche se il personale è estremamente amichevole, utile e discreto, l'hotel manca di caratteristiche di sicurezza fondamentali come una chiave per la vostra stanza e una scatola sicura. Pertanto è inutile prenotare in anticipo per diverse notti. Non c'è assolutamente nulla intorno all'hotel che può essere positivo o negativo a seconda di ciò che stai cercando. UUtente ospiteHotel services were good, clean rooms and comfortable stay. Rooms are good for families and they make sure to keep the guest aware of the hotel policies.
Maybe something to improve, since we booked 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4 adults we observed that the masters comfort room needs further sanitation in which I explained to the staff before we checked out.

UUtente ospiteGood location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. You can leave your luggage with the staff after checking out if your flight is in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

VVernice Jing WenDisappointing Experience Despite Renovation Claims
The actual room did not match the images shown online. Although the hotel claims to be recently renovated, the decor still felt dated.
We checked into Room 2009, but the air conditioning was malfunctioning. While the front desk promptly sent engineers to fix it, there was no improvement even after an hour. I called again to follow up and was told that engineers would return, but they never did.
Eventually, I requested a room change. The hotline staff mentioned that the duty manager’s approval was needed and that we would receive a call back. After waiting for 30 minutes without any update, we decided to head out for dinner. When we stopped by the reception at 8 PM to follow up, we were told the duty manager was still on break. We waited until 8:15 PM with no update and called again—only then were we told they were still trying to find us a room. Our request was finally confirmed after another 10 minutes, and we appreciated the upgrade to Room 1413, which had two queen beds.
Unfortunately, the new room had a clogged bathtub drain, which required another visit from the engineers before we could finally rest for the night.
What could have been better:
I understand the initial attempt to fix the aircon, but a room change should have been offered when it was clear the issue wasn't resolved. The only reason we got a new room was because we kept following up.
The staff’s reaction time throughout our stay was disappointing. Timelier communication and a more proactive approach would have made a significant difference.

MMary Joyce Y.I have booked a 3 bedroom suite.Its huge and goid for family but the thing is.its not maintained properly..door knobs in the cimmin bathroom and 1 bedroom is loose fitting.My brother in law adjusted it as he is scared that the kids will be looked inside.The tv in the masters bedroom is not working.Their toilet needs to be upgraded as the sink looked old as well as the faucet.I was disappointed coz what I saw in the pictures are not the same as in actual.The sofa in the receiving area appears old as well.

And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in.
About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head.
